I got friends from RL, a younger bro and other people that I've made friends with on here.

Explain what special rights he "needs" otherwise "whoopy do". Just deal with it. Everybody is given the right on QCDN.org to flame who they want to flame. Not just that, but on anything that they want to post. Only if it goes with the rules that have been stated for the forums.

Just because my friends or anybody I know gets flamed. I'm not going to tell people they need special rights just because I know them. There are over 1000 people playing on our server. So does everybody deserve a special right?

Heck, if I ever get /ts from someone to D2 them, I just tell them to come to me and I'd D2 them, otherwise I wouldn't be bothered to. Although half the time I'm on whm or blm and get a /t for a tele or D2, I just ignore the person anyways since I'm usually busy anyways.

There's so many ways to warp without needing a D2, especially if you're in a city. A noob is someone who can find a way to get this done.

No he doesn't get special rights because he is your brother. You should have taught him to buy a warp cudgel.

Although I agree with the who the fuck are you post. I think we shall call him the next Blazn because he responds just to respond even when the statements are clearly rhetorical.
 
As someone who has shouts filtered almost all the time, since many people are not capable of using them with any sort of intelligent restraint (especially around japanese peak time when you start seeing 4 lines of shout text from the same person being spammed), I think if you can't or are too lazy to filter them when they bother you, it's pretty squarely your problem. There's no reason for shouts to be unfiltered in someplace like Crawler's Nest at all anyway: It's safe to say no one is selecting like in Dynamis where the whole zone needs to know what you're pulling, and it's not like folks are sitting there shouting for CoP mission help or assaults either. So click the filter and save yourself a whole lot of complaining. You shouting back at the guy isn't doing anything but causing more spam for other people when you could simply ignore him and stop contributing to the problem.

On the other hand, people need to be more responsible and less needy as well. Plenty of times I've forgotten a warp or cudgel and had to walk or deathwarp (or tele and switch subs on a mage job), because I'm not the type to shout for something like a D2 when I can get where I need to go much faster just going on my own. I've met 75s who don't know about Outpost warps or don't utilize them at all, and that's sad. Buy a cudgel ffs. Buy a couple if you think you'll be in a situation where you have to warp more than once in a day. Run your Outpost supplies so you can pay and be teleported to your home nation. Ask the whm before party's end if they'd mind teleing you to X telepoint. Or, suck it up and pad your exp so you can afford to deathwarp. Just stop spamming for 20 minutes about something you could've taken care of in five or ten because you're too lazy.
 
I never head out to exp without Instant Warp, and if i don't want to spend CP on it, i used Warp Club, you just have to remember to prepare yourself before heading out. of course you'll forget sometime, just have to deal with it and walk back to town. try /tell any blm in your area that willing to D2 you for gil or for free, if you get ignored, move on

There is almost never a point where a Black Mage is going to want to d2 you outside of town. or in town usually. buy a fucking warp cudgel. charge timer down? buy another warp cudgel.

Best way to handle all your warping needs. I always had two cudgels on me, so I would always be prepared to warp.

Level and rank don't bring someone out of "noob status." You could be level A Million and still be one of the biggest noobs on the server. (I don't mean you, I'm just saying having a 75 doesn't automatically make you not a noob.)
