Organics is always a sword.

This is an easy gem to miss, but if you've read the thorough discussion on perdu/ridill vs maneater/ridill you will see that we now have a replacement for perdu :P

Looking for Jamal's input on this, I personally find it way better than the hanger.
 
meh only light and dark elemental spells are helix's so thats -2 for blms
 
The problem with BG is if you can get on it or not... hence the reason every time i was able to get on it i copy and pasted shit over...

Did I miss something? Take a Shura Togi, add a lot more accuracy, critical hit increase, and new jobs?

Hence why I said its looking like the FFXI Burning Crusade it seems a lot of armor/weapons may be replaced with all these new items.

Not really. That shura togi+1 is the only thing I can think of.

Everything else looks like gimp ebody, gimp aces helm, gimp fire bomblet, gimp ares body, etc.

Adding to this, Tyrath calculated the DPS of this to come out with about 10.90, vs perdu's 11.75.

That said, maybe it isn't better than perdu, but it's certainly a very good sword to use.

It could just as easily mean stuff that is of that element and not "Elemental magic" per say.
 
I'm hoping all this stuff is from the cool new "pop nms" and am really interested in seeing how it all works out.
