Just heard about this recently, must of flew under my radar. Any thoughts? You guys picking it up?

Pretty sick trailer.

 
Trailer looks very slick, but I'd wanna wait to see what the gameplay looks like before I make a decision to drop $60.
 
The trailer is from one of the side missions you can do to save a family at the resort. I guess this is what happens if you don't save them :O
 
Knowing this makes me want to not save them. I kid.

It's actually really crazy how they've captured such emotion and mania with CGI. Not many games have me thinking "oh crap son, shit be going down." Hopefully the game play will be epic to accompany this. Going to be keeping my eye on this one.

I agree :) I thought it was a very powerful trailer!
 
That trailer is very nice but I wonder "what will make this game special" O.o I mean, it's another zombie game.
 
From what information has been put out it's a free roaming game. You can go anywhere you want on the island when you want to. Weapon-wise you will have to use what you find around you and some equipment can combine into better stuff.
 
I'll laugh if someone shells out millions for the movie rights based on the strength of the trailer and the game turns out to be awful.
 
Saw this. Trailers don't do anything for me until I see some gameplay footage.

Anyone take a look at Rage yet? Now there's a game I'm grabbing for sure.

haha I'm not having no more kids! Tearing up over a darn game trailer.. I'm pathetic.

Looks pretty good though, but along with game play, I'm big on controls. Have to try it out before I'll buy it.
 
Yeah, that was definitely one hell of a good trailer even if it didn't technically show us what the game is actually going to be like. Man.. That was intense and the brief story was played out very well.
 
It brings back memories of when all the chavs started to swarm England. Shit was probably a lot worse than what you just saw.

I almost teared up too Cheebs. First thing that came to mind was my little girl since she usually has her hair in the same ponytail and has a shirt very similar to the one that little girl wears ; ;
