Whenever I see a new person with pimp gear I decided to check it out. Did a little BG search and was given this as a PM.

To state it better, congratulations, and I feel sorry for you. Quetzacoatl just inherited the biggest jackass and most unbelievable douchebag playing this game.

Demetrios (Robert) thrives on making people hate him. He bought his account and server shifted first to Fairy, and then back to Cerberus. His linkshell there was Armada. He recruited the people in his linkshell by advertising his bots. He uses KingArthro bot (a personal bot created by Kaces from Cerberus). He has no qualms admitting any of this.

Avoid at all costs. He's probably going to try to start his own botting linkshell. This useless piece of shit deserves absolutely no kindness - if he's applying to your linkshell, drop him at all costs.

If you don't believe, search for his posts (Account name: Robert). He's not afraid to admit any of this, and in fact loves the attention because he has some sort of obsession with feeling like he's the ultimate badass of FFXI or something, to the point where he thinks that it's awesome to cheat. He even had a post here on BG recruiting people for Armada where the first line was "Do you bot? If so, you're probably already accepted." I flagged it for moderation and Sonomaa deleted it and said "This isn't the kind of thread we want in our forums."

He left Cerberus because Khimaira, Cerberus and Tiamat were camped with stall teams, so he'll probably try to monopolize these HNMs again. Good luck, I hope he doesn't accomplish anything there except for getting himself banned, but with SE's lack of attention to botters these days I doubt even that will happen.

Considering that he's advertised largely in LS Recruiting for a "low-man shell", and the title of this thread is "Demetrios", and that there are already others that have come from Cerb to this server with the sole purpose of joining his shell, that future looks bleak considering that there might not even be 10 people to apply.

I don't pretend to know the guy, but seeing gear like that guy has speaks of either one of two things: exceptional devotion to this game, or botting. If it's an exceptional devotion to the game, why leave your original server not once, but twice after returning once already, to come to another server? It's not like he'd encounter anything new.

Well since I've seen the people on our server who have applied to his ls, some of them are frequent visitors of this board with good reputations and I hope that they reconsider joining.

This will be interesting, first that LS with Steak, then HundredMillion, now him. He'll probably do much better than the other two. I've had a bad vibe coming from him since I've seen him here though.

Deme #2 used to play Friction on Cerberus. He eventually bought Demetrios's galka when he decided to quit/move on and do something more with his life. (College and so on) He has been to multipule servers and I was quite disappointed to hear he has decided to make Quetzy his 'home'. Yes, that is his name by the way.

Side note: KingArtho has been around long before Kaces made a bot. I can not confirm myself what bots Deme#2 used/uses.

I sincerely hope he gets banned. I don't know him IRL, but from first hand experiance he's a complete pompous prick in the game.

3 months at the least he'll be here, sadly. It's really sad though to see how the Demetrios character has ended up over the years. The original player used to be looked up to by people once upon a time, back when KoN used to be respectable.

Everything so far in the BG thread is true. Ignore Rata though. He's quite a few bricks short of a load.
