Now Demon Cloak is the HQ of black cloak. The add refresh effect on the demons, is it higher than that of the NQ or am all I going to get is 2 more ele magic and 1 more Int?

Refresh is the same and since you get Errant Houppelande at 72 be best just to spend 100k(if that) on it, or i can let u borrow my black cloak ^^

Same amount of refresh, you buy the HQ for the extra ele-skill and the Int, which to be honest is the only real reason to buy it anyway, the refresh effect is just icing. I'd go HQ if you have the money. 2 Ele skill is decent and you can sell the cloak back when you hit Igqira. I think it's well worth it. Of course I bought it for 1.9mil and sold it back for 4.5mil a year later....

Yeah, I've always been skeptical of that rumour myself as well.
Thx for the replies, I got stuck reading the porn thread lol and lost track of time!
It makes me sad that HQ items with refresh on em dont give like 1 or 2 mp a tick more than NQ </3
Thx Gia I am still a ways off from this cloak ; ; almost lv. 57 now
