Coming from a woman though, I bet this is the Victoria Secret new bra out that adds double the cup size. Sarah has been in the spot light enough that there wouldn't be time for an under cover boob job, and there isn't a reason for her to really get one. Business suits that she tends to wear, or all clothing she is seen in for that matter, make the twins appear smaller than normal. This white t-shirt is a bit more form fitting and a thinner material.

If she did get one, it wouldn't change my opinion of her being a dumb tw-t.
