It's called playing it safe. There's some health concerns when dealing with a nuded up person. Especially when they're resisting you you.

See at first I was of the same mind. However as the footage rolled on, that argument goes right into the trash bin when they dig in to him after they tazed him. If they were willin' to go that far, after the taze, a simple arrest would have been nothin'.

Like I said earlier, naked women walk around at music festivals all the time and no one says anything. There are lots and lots of naked people at music festivals. I have never seen anyone say anything to any of them. There are hundreds of music festivals every year, try to find any other article about someone being arrested for being naked at a music festival.\

You can throw this down the can too. Unfortunately the argument doesn't have any ground to stand on unless the exact same cops where there to show us the answer. It's also not a fact either that women walk around naked -all the time- at music festivals. Personally, I've been to my fair share of them and I've never seen boobage other than a few flashes I could count on a single hand. You could also say that the reason some women are allowed to walk around naked, if they do, is based on one thing, luck. Not everyone sellin' dope is gonna get caught, but some people do, it's as simple as that.

The only real thing that could be sought after here is wonderin' whether it's one thing to have your shirt off, or another to have your pants off. However, that is also faltered when you take into consideration it'd be illegal for a woman to walk down the street with her knockers hangin' out.

More clearly to the point though, it's illegal to walk around naked, period. So, the police were in their right but I don't agree they should have done what they did to handle the situation.

There is somethin' else I've been wantin' to add to this thread but I haven't found a place to properly put it. So with that, I'll just blurt it out: Sure looks that it doesn't take much to be a police officer.

I disagree. A while ago there was an incident in I believe it was Melbourne where some crazy bitch ran out onto a sporting field completely naked. Security chased her down before cuffing her and physically removing her without any harm.

Now they could have shot her with a stun gun for running away from officers, or before she spread crabs all over the place or something but there was no need. I've seen police cuff far more aggressively drunk dudes without any problems. If we're speaking from a place of pure cop machismo (or ego or bravado or whatever you want to call it), then micro-peen should have been taken away the moment he touched that officer's shoulder. I stand by my statement: lard-arses were just being lazy.

I whole heartedly agree. I've seen just how many cops act and handle different situations. These 3 are sad excuses imo.

I'm fairly confident cops are trained to disarm an armed person too if possible without having to resort to firing a shot from their weapon. That's a last resort.

Seriously though, it seemed like the cops were trying to reason with him. He didn't really need to be tazed but really. But he didn't listen. If the cops did nothing then what kind of an example would that be to everyone else? Being made an example out of sucks sometimes.
