Personally I like Quetzy, prices are waaay cheap compared to when I was on Asura which i think had more gs due to inflation "back in the day"

There are little blessings to being in one of the smaller servers and not the larger, I really wouldnt want to be on another server much nicer people and the circles I am in have a more mature crowd to them

I think I've seen about 3 ridills in my entire ffxi career most of them if not all of them are jp=/

Honestly, stuff like that is why shell relations are so bad. Every time you claim somthing, somone is calling you a bot. Its gotten to the point where honestly, I'm suprised when somone DOESNT say that so-and-so is a bot. Its just sad. At least come up with some new flame material, because this is just old.

Ha, I was on Fairy. I don't even remember touching anywhere near Erase because I knew I couldn't afford it. My Dark Staff was 150k, never bought a Light Staff (I was 53WHM). At one point, I remember R2 being half a million gil. >_>

It looks like it's using one of the UI mods that puts the text in Comic font, rather than in whatever font FFXI normally uses. I'd like to find out how they made it only change the font of people's names, and not in the chat log, the stuff I had seen for that mod modified every bit of text on the screen and looked bad for menus/chat logs.

RMT kill JoL more than anyone else on most servers. AV pops from JoL. RMT never killed AV, they managed to lock him alla the wynavs and got him to 85%(? i think) through extreme zerging until somone else claimed it when it went yellow and CFHd.

I mean, we may not have that many ridill's out there and all but that's mainly because the other servers have GS's camping 24/7 and here it's not that way. I'd make the argument that the reason people may think we have it tough with Gil buying over other servers is because our GS's suck enough that the market isn't eclipsed by them. Hence, things are affordable and people have more gil because of it. Also, the rare items such as Ridill that cost like 60 mil aren't in mass supply from GS 24/7 camping, so our gil circulation is completely different. Then again, our server players take active steps to screw over the bastard gil selling fucks that ruin the other servers. That's what sets our server aside from others; we actually care enough to put ourselves at risk to maintain the quality of the game. Plus the gil selling pricks deserve it.

I really don't find as much animosity between LS' as the FB lets on. Just about any Faffy/Niddy pop you'll find Pers, JDA, Kazien, CK, and one other that I forget. It's not like we all stand there and bitch in /s at each other between windows. Even when one ls claims over another we don't sit there trying to cure bomb the guy who didn't put blockaid on. Once something dies, congrats are passed around, drops are revealed, and everyone goes home.

Hell, just the other day I had people from both JDA and Pers that I don't even know shootin' me /t's while fighting Jorm sayin that everyone was pullin' for us. I'm not saying that Quetz is close to a multi-shell battle with AV (which would be really fun imo) but we are certainly far from what this site makes us out to be, and certainly much better than we were a year or two ago when BOL threads were 1,000 pages long in 10 mins.
