Thanks Flameass. That's what i like to hear, so try not to lay it on any thicker ^^ You know what happens when we get too comfortable with our stunts.
I wonder who the next NA Fireblade member is gonna be who appears in this thread.

I'd tell you about this dream i had but you all would think i'm nuts. I'm running off of a really messed up schedual here, i went to bed before the sun even went down yesterday, and the day before i got up at 3 AM. There are benifits to working in freelance. Like being able to work when you feel like it, so long as you get it done before time is up. I'm just not making enough tho, and i've yet to release my demo reel either. Reason why is because i don't think student work should be used when trying to get a job in 3D. Like the resume itself, Animation demo reels have a universal code to it, "Show best works first, show off wireframs if you want to get into modeling etc".There is also the pet peeves, like
"Whatever you do, don't do.."
* airplaines
* spaceships
*dinosaurs (unless it's frikin awsome)
*and Robots ( no one ever mentioned if awsome would make this an acception. It's so used it makes demo reel observers puke)
Now i have worked on alot of things in the past 3 years, but i have yet to complete a feature clip since my Gundam Project, which happens to be the best presentation i have created up to date. With this current project, i'll use it as the first thing to show on the demo reel. I'll also release it online for everyone to enjoy. I just hope it dosn't cause anyone to have a seizure.
One thing i learned when working for Akio, is nobody is really all that big. I get all giddy when i think about what i'm doing here, i'll be recieving fedback from the CG community aswell from the FFXI community from all servers, and what it will do for me in the small feild. When i say the feild is small, it's like everyone knows or has had an encounter with just about everyone that makes it what it is. I have people who work at Core Digital pictures that loved my student work while teaching and critiquing me in the school, and they would hire me if it were up to them. More and more i feel more driven into doing this, and releasing it. I have a firm belief we can shape our lives to our approval, so long as we do what we know must be done. And we know.

Kinda looks like a Namic eh ?
I've actually broken the surface and rebuilt it and that damn crease behind the jaw, keeps on coming back, next time i'll delete the history even thought i doubt it will do anything for it. Same thing happened when the face was mashed up too, and since i remembered this happening on this model before, i forgot to remind myself how i delt with it the first time >< so ok scratch that, it'll be gone soon.
Other than that the head isn't perfectly smooth, but i like it that way, alot of it is going to be covered anyway.
I have moved onto making the torso. Just like the early stages of the head, I i have created a base shape for me to bend up. I have searched frantically for diagrams and refrence of childrens anatomy, and it is very hard to find. I couldn't even find one of the anatomy charts where it shows scetches of a growth process.
Note: Don't think i'm a sick fuck or anything, modeling the character naked means i can give it anything to wear, without ever having to worry about building body parts again, like if it were to wear a harness or a sublagar.
So again all i can do is seek out more Tarutaru images and try to imagine what one might look like with it's shirt off. One good thing i came to realize is how they scale of their torso is in comparrison to their head, without the arms, in the way you can see the Torso itself is basicaly the size of the head vertically, and horozontally it fits inbetween the head. As for the arms, they are roughly the length of the torso, the hands make the limb just longer. I can see it, i just gotta do it. Maybe this part will be done in a day, It's not like the face where it has to have it's own look.
