So, this chick decides it'll be a good idea to throw puppies into a river. Better yet, she decides to film it. Better yet she decides to put the video on the internet. Better yet, 4chan sees it and tracks her down.

Someone functionally heartless and utterly self-obsessed. Sadly, they're substantially more common than you might think, though most of them never actually act out to this extent, much less post videos of it on the internet.

Like that's gonna help her. Many people want to see this woman dead after learning of this info 4Chan posted, I wouldn't be surprised if someone did kill this sick bitch.
 
That CBS artical almost makes 4chan seem like the bad guy.
I finally watched the video; I advise that if you haven't, don't.
 
Has this vid been authenticated yet? if this whole thing turned out to be an elaborate hoax people will be cleaning the egg off their faces for years.
