I never said that the diseases in House were fake...but just every episode they make the disease seem like it's not possible the person could have it, or it's some rare disease or something.
And ya know, you really shouldn't be downing somebody on here regarding a poll about a television show. Unless we're talking about the Discovery Channel or TLC or some other thing that would require me to make an educated opinion...I can say virtually anything I want.
Therefore...Cox > House.
