Anyone have any dreams where they've woken up and are just astonished or wish it were true or something?

I just had this dream where i wish it were true!!

I was in Boston, for vacation I think, with my family and we had to stay there for some reason because of the military. I then asked my parents if we were living here permanatly and they said yes, and that the army will help us pay to live here since it's expensive.

I got really excited cause well..I want to move there and I love going to Boston.

Then I'm walking with a friend..I don't even know who it was or what he looked like...but I was with a friend and we were going to visit another friend who moved to Georga. We went to a train station and we took a train to go see her..somehow she was in the Boston area too..but I never got to see her in my dream and it ended.

I don't think its what you eat. Some people can't remember any of their dreams. Maybe you are dreaming..but you don't remember when you wake up. Or you don't get enough sleep since I heard like you dream at the 4th stage of sleep

Dreams suck!

I'm still confused over my left one. I dreamed(Dreamt? dremt?) about that Baseball pitcher flying into that building, the night before. Or the morning after, I don't know the time. All I can think of is i heard my parents watching the news in the morning and dremt about it, but I dunno usually I've never heard it.

Like one time I had a dream in the first grade that I was really bored..and I looked outside and saw some students lined up to use the bathroom..and the next day that event happened. I saw the SAME students..I was doing the SAME thing in the classroom.

It's weird..I wouldn't call it Deja Vu..mainly because I know where I saw it before..isnt deja vu where you just get this feeling it happened before? Well maybe it is..but I like to tell myself I have superpowers :crazy:

Do you guys ever have those dreams where you see what happens in the future or something?

I've had two that I can remember well.

One was About me being in a city that got completely flooded from a storm. I saw building details and stuff in it but didn't know the town. About a week later there was major flooding in europe somewhere and I saw the same buildings in the pictures in the paper I saw in the dream.

Other was a friend of mine lost a ring. I dreamt I found a silver ring outside in tall grass next to a dark colored car. We looked when I was at their house the next time and it was next to his dad's black car in the grass. It was his girl's engagement ring, wasn't silver but was white gold.

The other dreams I've had that were weird, when I was little I had a dream that I was with my great grandpa, who I never met he died the year before I was born, and we were talking, sitting in his chair, he was smoking a cigar and had black glasses on. Talked to my grandmother about it and she told me he smoked cigars and had those glasses, which disappeared after he died, and the chair was the same color. I had never seen a picture of him when I had the dream I was about 6.

I have dreams a lot, I remember most of them and use a dictionary thing to look up what things in the dreams mean. Pretty entertaining sometimes.

The FFXI dreams irratate me though. I don't really like when they cross with normal dreams and I gotta read a chat log. -_-

Some people are able to do more then others. Some can completly control what happens in their dreams and some cant do a damn thing but watch it like a movie. More people cant do anything. Its completly normal though what you can do, you're just lucky as not many people can I cant control mine at all so I just pull out some popcorn ane enjoy the random movie on me.

I have the normal FFXI dreams once in a while. Sometimes I have dreams where I'm actually in the game, with some of my friends in game, we're not our chars but our real selves in the game fighting the monsters and stuff lol. Then other times I have dreams with the whole FFXI chat log thing in it.

It's called Lucid Dreaming and there are places online that can teach you how to train yourself to do it (supposedly) if you search for it. I've never tried myself, it always seemed like too much work just to sleep, and I tend to have a lot of interruptions in my sleep, so by the time I'd be able to have a lucid dream one night, I'd be woken up.
