Multi-Plat Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim

Can't wait to see a trailer!

I missed the release date ( didn't have my glasses on lol) when it started.

I don't need to see any hype, it's Bethesda and that's all I need. Daggerfall - Elder Scrolls Morrowind - Oblivion - SKYRIM!! all mine!
 
11-11-11 is the date. So you'll be waiting a while, lol.
 
Hopefully they keep Patrick Stewart alive for more than ten minutes.

But seriously, hopefully they fix everything that was wrong with Oblivion. It's a shame they developed it on Gamebryo still. But hey, if we're killing dragons, engine issues might cause some hilarious bugs with downing something that big and/or flying.

You mean not be lame with combat (I still think their combat is so boring), end the crappy "everything levels with you thus making the leveling aspect in RPG entirely pointless!," the whole "no one blinks and everyone feels very lifeless and stuff," and the other small crap that added up to really make it go "bah ><." Don't get me wrong, I liked the game, just so many little things for me added up and made me not feel as immersed or find it as fun.
 
New engine?! That's a whole lot of $$ and work. I suppose though after Oblivion and Fallout it was time. I still can't wait.

Oblivion will always be one of my favorite games. Now if I could only beat Morrowind I'd be set.
 
My interest is piqued. I am more of a Morrowind fan than an Oblivion fan. I hope they can find a happy median between the two. I look forward to more information and actual ingame screens.

CPU: Quad-Core Intel/AMD CPU
Memory: 4GB RAM, 6GB Hard Drive Space
Sound: DirectX compatible sound card
Video Card: DirectX9 video card with 1GB memory. GTX 260/Radeon 4890 or higher
 
I really should upgrade my computer. I am at the point of only meeting minimum requirements these days XD
 
Anyone else get the PC version and having memory leak problems?
 
I don't personally own it yet, but I have quite a lot of friends that do own it on the pc. So far none of them have said anything other than how awesome and improved it is. I'll have to ask about memory leaks.
