{English}PT{No thanks.}

And yet some people will still get upset(for a lack of a better word) from the rudeness of other people.

I personally will be a bit miffed if I got ignored when I am trying to set up a party. Others may not think it's a big deal but to me it's showing a lack of common courtesy. A simple [No thanks.] is all that would take to let me know that at least they saw my /tell for a party invite.

Likewise, if I happened to be afk for a short while and I was seeking, I would check my logs and see if I had gotten any and reply to those /tells to see if they still wanted my job, and to say that I was sorry for not replying faster because I was afk.
Just because its in the internet doesn't mean you can be rude, or uncivil.
People who argue that because it IS the internet and therefore anything goes, are people who just don't give a damn.

You don't have to be rude to get a point across. It'd be easier if you were rude, sure. Unfortunately, that still doesn't make it "right."

I'm not saying INTARWEB=RUDENOBODYCARE I'm saying stuff shouldn't carry as much weight. Its the internet, you're dealing with complete strangers from all around the world, why get miffed over someone ignoring you?

Maybe I have lower standards, Rude = F#^K OFF, Whatever = Ignore, Kind = {No Thanks}, I certainly don't expect everyone in the world to be kind as I have been alive for longer than 4 years.

That really is the largest problem with text, though. It's difficult to put kindness, sarcasm, anger (etc) into words so some people will always see certain things in a certain way. Some will see the "no thanks" as a means of kindness, others may see it as a sarcastic way of turning something down. =/

I agree with this, some people will often interpet words they see in whatever emotions they consider at the time, a simple "No Thanks" can seem informative, rude, sarcastic, or anything really to someone else. I guess its all in the way you present your messages.

I made a party with a Puppetmaster once and he asked me to send party requests to others because he said nobody wanted to party with his lolpup if he asked, a shame cause his Pup is awesome but people can become so judgemental over no more info than just a simple /tell.

All of you shut up and bow down to our JP over lords. They are our gods and need to be worshiped. BOW DOWN NOW.

Now, if you'll excuse me it's time for my daily dose of JP cock.

Bend over, Myrrh, and let us know when you feel it.

You might be waiting a while. ho ho ho, see what I did there?

I fear this has derailed into a debate about international cock size comparisons.
