Event Rewards?

I'm curious, other than the obvious Anniversary Ring from the moogles, what other type of rewards are possible? I've heard something about having to wait longer for better prizes, but how long is "waiting longer"? I logged in about 1/2 way through the day when the event started, picked up my ring and went about my business, i havent even seen the inside of a city since then, just curious. If all i'm going to get is bigger stacks of fireworks, i'll just forget about the whole thing, if i can get anything like those Mandragora Belts from back in the day, i'm all other it, nothing like running around as a mandy, haha.

When you "wait" You have to check back the next day. (after JP midnight, which is 11AM est)

I really want the +3%hp moogle belt :(
 
ok kool, are there better rewards for waiting longer than one day? or am i just wasting my time. i havent been back to sandy for about 2-3 days now, since like saturday i guess.

Im not sure, I think you have to actually select "wait" for there to be a better chance to get a better item. But yeah, supposedly the longer you wait, the higher tha chance of you getting something better
 
I've gotten silver Moogle belt (+2% HP) and my friend got offered Angelwings but inventory was full, then he got furniture Adventure Certificate.

holy shit, i'm sorry bro. I had already deleted all my characters by that point and given all my money/items away. One of my buddies who had been the recipient of a decent amount of my junk was supposed to have sent you the gil (which he said he'd done)
Seeing as how i just started over and my highest lvl right now is 21, i dont really have a million gil just sittin around, but i'll definately start sending you what i can, when i can. totally sorry bro.
I tried to get my old character back, but SE told me he'd been deleted too long ago, bummer 'eh -.-

Certificate you can get that you hang on the wall of your mog house. Not really worth anything, like most furniture you get from events. Other than to look pretty
 
Is the +3% Hp Gold Belt is the best item of the event?
 
The best item from the event is the anniversary ring.
 
just a piece of info i've gathered, if anyone else is interested, or can confirm this.
waiting just ONE day will remove the chance that the moogle will give you a consumable item. so, waiting more than one day doesnt increase your chance of getting a "better" item like the Gold Moogle Belt, or anything like that. also, choosing NOT to wait can still net you a 'good' item.
I'm tired, so if that didnt make sense, i'm sorry.

from my understanding of the event, waiting any more than a single day is a complete waste, but whatever.

i waited one day and then got a retarded Bronze Moogle Belt. I can't expect much i suppose since i'm using a new character *sigh*
 
Last year I got a silver moogle belt on my main, a Kingdom Chocobo Belt (teleport to choco stables in Sandy) on my Bastok mule, and an Adventurer Certificate on my Sandy mule. I waited like 3-4 days for the moogle belt, and didn't wait for the other 2 items.

On a different note, does anyone know if we can recharge the Anniversary ring? I'm thinking not, but a taru can always dream.

Unfortunately right now, the anniversary ring can't be recharged but SE could always change that in an update. Just keep the ring in case, otherwise you'll kick yourself if they do make the change in the future.

Last year I got the scarf that warps you to San d'Oria stables after waitin 1 day.

This time, I didn't wait and got an "Angel Wing". I have also waited 1 day and got the bronze moogle belt. I'm going to wait a second day and see what happens and then from then, i'm not waiting at all because I think it finishes this weekend @_@
 
ok 1 more day and im gonna see what the moogle will give me, Ive waited every day sp far. I hope its something good(?)
