People who complain about being checked while having a brown sack by their names are the ones who need to relax. Obviously, to the other person, you're "selling" something so that is within another's right to see what it could be.

Another one for the Permanent Key Item list.

Acting like playing any given FFXI class requires any degree of skill is laughable. Everything can be relegated down to a handful of buttons. George Jetson is a pro FFXI player in this regard.

Take a goddamn joke, Skaw. Neither of us even play anymore, for fuck's sake.

Totally. Just, some more thatn others.

I do, so I'll attest it's still "simple", even the jobs that require much, much more attention than MNK.

Bitch and complain all you want but this problem won't go away.

Yeah, people don't post on here to come to a clean concensus and to solve a problem. It's just a vent, ya know somewhere to bitch where people will read it.

Yeah bro. How dare you use the flameboard for it's intended purpose. Why aren't you using it to pu up worthless topics nobody cares to look at?

See what I did there? I hope you saw what I did there.

*Makes no comment about casting a black magic spell, then returning to his DS for a few during Dynamis runs*

... wait, damn me for posting my thoughts!

OnTopic though,
I never got upset at people for having bazaar items set at max, I just figured they where showing off or trying to sell a rose for that much. >.>
Heck, my first year of the game I thought I'd be able to "accidently" sell a bamboo fishing rod for said max. >.>

ITT: people wasting their valuable time and energy bawwwing about what other people do with THEIR bazaar space

I bazaar things for 99,999,999 all the time, reason for it, and why i think people should calm down about it.... Level Sync, plain and simple, if I am playing Bard and I don't want to switch to a piece of gear that will have basically 0 effect, and I don't want to rewrite all of my macros, I just toss Item in my bazaar, all 9's is just arrow left, I don't have to worry about someone buying it, and the price is easy to put up. I am not going to try to structure my inventory around the level sync because all it takes is 1 rep to possibly change that anyways, Im not going to equip manteel in a level 63 party, nor do I want to leave it in my mog, or Bazaar it for slightly more then its worth so someone doesn't buy it. all 9's

Level Sync has taken over XP parties, it is either Meripo or Sync. it is great for faster parties but people need to skill up, another reason I bazaar items, I don't want to switch to my Terra's when i play elegy an lose all my TP.

That's a new arguement for it I haven't heard yet, or considered. You get points for that.

there is a difference between lvl syncing with an item and standing outside bazaaring something with 99s like a rose. he has a good point but its not really what your complaint is.

more complaints to the ppl that have like a 1 byne bill for 550,000, hoping to get some tired person in a hurry. says a lot of a person that purposely takes advantage of others (no i have never bought one)

and being a person that buys currency there are lots of bazaars in upper jeuno that have like a rose only and other stupid crap.

Oh I know, that's why he gets points, and not an agreement. More so just because I had no considered that for a reason, and in the future I may overlook something if it's a bunch of gear, rather than a rose or something like that.

No need to get all testy with me. I'm well aware that it was a vent but unfortunatly venting will get you nowhere unless players themselves change the way they use their bazaar option. That is the harsh truth and I'm sure you are well aware of that.

Whining about un-purchasable bazaars is so 2004. It wastes your time? Hello McFly! You're playing a MMO, a time sink. Boohoo, you lost a half a second of your life you were already wasting away. ...Or are you a slow reader? No cheese and crackers for you. No world's smallest violin.

For myself, I use 999,999,999 to temporarily remove gear from macros that I don't want you getting your grubby hands on and I don't have time to run back to my MH to store. Or I'll do it to show an end-game shell "Why yes, I do have our pop item." You can't regulate how others will use their own bazaars. Look for a solution to a problem before complaining about it. If there is no solution, google "facepalm."

Want to talk about wasting time, why don't you pick something that really effects a player's time in game. Such as shells that continually don't stick to their own schedule. You're complaining about wasting less than a second on bazaars? You'd blow your top after waiting an hour or more for simple end game events like Limbus or Salvage.

Ehem. I don't mindlessly toss important items so I expect the same of others. I know I play an MMO, it annoys me because it's a waste of time and it's annoys me. Here's an idea, don't put it in a bazaar and I won't get my hands on your crappy shit. Hopefully you would not be stupid enough to drop a end game shells pop items. Right now I've got a bunch and none of it is in a fuckin bazaar and I won't drop them either.

Look for a solution? Think before you drop something and if youre mindlessly dropping things or playing while you're dead to the world just log off. Use a little common sense and put your mind in gear before you put your hands in motion.

Sure I'll talk about wasting time on here. I'll talk about what you mentioned. Shells continually need to change their scheduals because life comes up and you need to make due with what you have. Maybe nothing comes up in your life suddenly that needs to be accounted for. Sure, it's annoying when you make time for an event and it doesn't go down. Some day when it annoys me enough I might make a post about it, and I'm sure at that time, you or someone like you will wander into the thread and spew a bunch of bullshit about cheese and crackers and violins. A really simple opinions said long.

"I like to make stupid bazaars because I don't think and might drop important items. I need to make all the gear I'm not using into a fake bazaars because I'll drop them before I make it back to the MH, which most of us enter 10+ times a day. Whine about something that annoys me too."
