I love Oblivion and Fallout 3 but I fucking hate Bethesda, I mean seriously that video says it all most of their games are broken out of the box. After buying Oblivion for the PS3 and then playing Morrowind on teh PC I can honestly say I'll never buy their games on a console ever again.

I'll probably buy the DLC for the PC version (unless I need a valid key) because Fallout 3 is an awesome, if buggy game. AT least on the PC WHEN (not if) I hit one of those bugs I can almost always fix it with the console or a hex editor, but anyone who bought this game for a console gets shafted and has to hope the useless patches can do something to help. And if you bought it for the PS3 you got hosed, I mean the least they could do is give you a patch to raise the level cap for you too but I don't see that happening.

I really wish they would just stop developing for consoles because they suck at it. Or at least see Sony or M$ start coming down on them for their bug ridden code, once again not going to happen. Despite all of that i'll probably buy from them again as they DESIGN truly great games however they PROGRAM low quality shit.

The other day I was screwing around on an earlier save, and went into the Mart from Moira's first quest. I shot this raider in the head, and the head flew off and landed perfectly on the shelf. It was cool as hell.

But anyway, I don't know why there's so much complaining going on around here. The DLC was always announced to be exclusive - yet, it's probably going to wind up on PS3 sooner or later anyway. I seriously doubt I'd get it anyway. I'm done with the game. As great as it is, after all the time you put into finish what they put on the disc, I don't know why anyone would actually pay for more content. You can do all the quests, get all the bobbleheads, go after all the trophy/achievements and still have tons of locations left to explore, monsters left to kill and unofficial quests left to do.

The funny thing is I sound like I'm making a case to the company to release less content with the game itself, but I'm not. What comes on the disc is why people should forget what console or PC they've got, forget about some bugs, minor and yea serious, forget about the glitchiness and just by the game. You'll get your money's worth - but seriously, haven't you all gotten your fill of this game? Finish it, play around for a bunch of hours, do all the named quests - and then hang up your gun and move on. If you still want to keep playing, start over again, make all different choices. The idea that you'd be pissed off not having more content to download is silly in the hundredth degree. You might as well get pissed off that the all you can eat buffet only has 200 pounds of shrimp.

I haven't gotten my fill yet. I'm around the 70+ hour mark and got the last Achievement last night, but there are still plenty of places I haven't visited yet. I'll pay for more content because I want more content. I have a decent backlog of games, so I don't mind stepping away from it awhile until the level cap is raised.

I've gotta say (in response to PBParrot) I don't think I've been shafted just because I'm playing it on a console. True, I've had a few glitches here and there, but it's definitely been worth it to me. I feel the same way about Oblivion, although I was very late jumping into that one and most of the bugs had been worked out by the time I got it.

Speaking of patches, I still have to check and see if yesterday's update restored Walter to my game. I didn't collect scrap metal since he was missing. I hope he's there, because those water leaks in Megaton have been mocking my inability to repair them.

To be fair, they finally released the construction set last month, so at least the PC version had new life breathed in to it now that people can make proper mods and add ons.

Oh shit I forgot about that. Havent turned the game on in a while. The construction set is free, yes?

Yea so I rather enjoyed that vid. A buddy of mine put it together in a little over an hour and I got the link once he was done.

My Question, and he just laughed when I asked >< bugger, it WTF do you beat Morrowind in 20 minutes?? I Love that game and I need to hook up my org xbox again, I dind't get anywhere in Morrowind, well I got a LIL bit into the quests. Morrowind, Oblivion, and ofcourse following Draggerfall are ALL Epic games imo. Bethesda makes em with lotsa glitches, the glitches NEVER bothered me. I'm the type of gamer that TRIES pushing my character to places it may not be designed to go. IDC, it's fun.

I was in the middle of the "Escape" Quest and I woke Stine up from a nap to show her that I'd just removed a guard's head from his body with the 10mm pistol, and that his neck was now spurting blood on the ground.

I went "there's his body...there's his neck shooting blood, and THERE'S HIS HEAD OMG".

This game is so fucking awesome.

Yeah, thank god Oblivions main story had meat to it and didn't entirely rely on side quests to have a storyline to keep you interested. Sure, most of it was travel, but some of the required dungeons were pretty long and not boring. Especially the one where you have to get Tiber Septims armor from the crypt. The only decent part I enjoyed in Morrowind was the final dungeon. But that was pretty much undone by a ridiculously easy last boss.
