My first flame, hopefully my last. Well this isnt a big flame, just kinda ticked me off how this guy "shitted on" us while we were being kind and patient.
So i was trying to form a party 73-75 in whitegate, what i like to do is lock up a tank and healer before invite anyone else, as to not waste people's time. So i first send a tell to Feature (75 RDM), and he accepts, i then tell him let me lock up a tank so you can seek in the meantime. Then i invite Darth (Nin) and he accepts, but was walking to nashmau. So i invite him, then fill up the party. I let everyone know we will be doing Mamool Ja Staging Point.
Then feature says: "I Have no ISP, so i will be choco/walking there" (Mind you he was lfp in aht urghan). So then i say, well go ahead and get a head start, the path is Wajaom > Mamook > Bhaf. Thickets. (Ok, mistake#1, maybe i shouldve been more cutthroat and said no IS = no exp for you.) So on his way there, he tells me he doesnt know the way there, and by the amount of time it took him im guessing there was no choco npc and he was walking. So i verbally guided him, giving pos's and what not, for wajaom and mamook. This took maybe about 30minutes atleast.
While we continue to wait, hes walking through mamook, and either he aggroed and warped, or died and HP'ed, because he re-appeared in whitegate along with us. Without giving an explanation he says "Find someone else then" and disbands. I then proceed to send him a tell to see what happened and he doesnt write back and goes back to seeking. Luckily we had a whm so we did 5's until a rdm popped up and it turned out well.
What really bugged me was that he 1) Didnt tell me when i first sent a tell, and 2) That he pretty much bailed on us because he most likely could not avoid aggro in mamook. Have some consideration for others, and be prepared, seriously.
Note: He traded all his IS for coins he said. (Surprise...)
