Ferque has to be 15 or 16 by now. Lowest I'd heard his age was when I was in the same social as him was like, 12.
Unless that was a lie too roflrofl :V
 
What parent would let their kid under 15 play this game................I know i would let my daughter play till she was at least 15-16

Back on topic, I dunno, but, I think it takes a special kind of stupid to want to stick up for this kid only because "hes a kid, he dont know better." I mean hell, now because of Kiyisha tryin to bitch me out, im gonna mess with this kid even more just for shits and giggles.:mad:
 
Isn't according to the law a child can tell the difference between right and wrong at like age 5~7? at 13~16 if you can't know that stealing something is wrong then you are fucked for your upcoming life.

No I meant like the law legally holds a child accountable at around that age...I know I saw some show where the child killed someone and the child just turned that age where he could be charged as a minor? Idk I'm tired....
 
oh, i think the statute of limitations is around age 10, at least in the US. i could be wrong though.
 
You're thinking right, trist, but that's the wrong term. It might not be the most correct term, but I've heard it referred to as the age of reason.
 
Shit, from an early age youre taught that stealing is wrong. I mean, hell, not only did he ninja-lot, but he doesnt even have the huevos to own up to his BS and tries to play it off like nothing. Actually, I doubt hes THAT young, otherwise he would use the "It's just a game" excuse............thats my belief at least.

Nice as that sounds, you *do* realize that constitutes harassment and is outside the TOS, yes?
 
Hexx - you're right, we do teach children right from wrong at an early age. At the same time, though, does a child understand that if they shift a large shelf too much that it could crush a person with their back to the shelf?
Eventually, the "reason" comes in where the child understands that "hey, if I cause this shelf to topple on daddy he could get seriously hurt". Before that time, it's debated that children shouldn't be held accountable for their actions to a certain extent.
