Let's start from the beginning, its always a good place. In early August, Ferque (a common name around these parts of the board) applied to a dynamis shell that I was in. At this time I wasn't an officer or anything so I had no major say in his application. I did talk to one of the leads in the shell though and I explained that he's likely a bad idea. I remember seeing accusations left and right in the FB about this guy buying gil and comments about his extreme level of immaturity.
It wasn't long before he was on the nerves of I'd say 80% of the shell, including mine and I thought many times about speaking up to try and get him removed or just blisting him to lessen the headaches and retardation he's consume the /l chat with.
Fast forward another little bit and you have Ferque getting his Koga Tekko in Dyna-Xarc. NIN mains all had theirs and I guess he had the better attendance of all the other secondaries present, if there even were any. /shrug, good for him
Fast forward again to last night (or go back in time if you're reading this right now) and we were in Dyna-Xarc again. The run is going really well. On the first NM box, we got a Chapeau, which went to a deserving RDM main. Shortly after the start of the run, Ferque was afk and afk for about an hour. We get another Chapeu to drop and since he was afk for just about the whole run, he was to be skipped over, which I agreed with. If you're not being of any value to a run you shouldn't be rewarded. So the person it was going to lots a 188.
Not a good lot, but secure in the very least since she was the only one lotting. It was indeed secure until Ferque magically comes back from a 1 hour afk and lots 849 on the hat.
By this point, the hat was already over 4 minutes old, it was dropping pretty soon
....and it drops
It was apparantly lag, of course. However, the guy was nowhere near the group that had left him behind at a camp over an hour before hand. Our puller had to pull around his afk ass so he wouldn't screw anything up. I really wish he had just said screw it and kill him. Ferque would have been dead for an hour and automatically HPing and none of this would have happened. And sure, the possibility for there being a little freeze up is there, but I'm sure anyone of you that aren't retarded would agree its a bit obvious when you disband from your alliance, you don't accept invites back but you say you're lagging too much to open the treasure pool. He sure didn't lag enough when he opened it to lot it now, did he?

The shell was nice enough to give Ferque a chance and its really too bad it backfired. Everyone that had ever said anything negative about the guy on here in the past is right. This was a completely obvious ninja lot and it matched his character thats already been tarnished. For those of you that think the FB ruins this site, think twice. I don't believe everything thats on the FB, but when multiple unrelated people have gripes about someone I think its time to seriously wonder if giving that person a chance is a good idea.
It still baffles me that people pull this kind of shit but I know its always happened and always will. He got his hat and he got his nin hands and there's no SCH af2, so that was the last thing the guy needed from Xarcabard. It goes without saying that if this guy applies to your shell, send him walking. I never like seeing good people getting fucked over like this. For any of you that know me also, you know that I love saying "I told you so." Its one of my favorite things to do. In this kind of situation, however, there's not a bit of enjoyment from it.
Have fun bouncing around from scrub LS to scrub LS, Ferque, since they're the only ones that will ever take you now.
