NelsonKT, please forgive us if we seemed skeptical. This site has been experiencing a lot of advertisement bots lately so your original post could have been interpreted as another one of those. But since you have been replying to this thread (something the bots have not been doing), I can safely assume you are not one. I guess when I get home later I'll check out those links.

Don't worry about it. I fully understand the frustration of bots and unsolicited advertising. Just please tell me that none of the bots are Gil-selling advertisements :nono:

There have been some before, but most have been other random stuff too. Most of the time their OPs are erased and the thread would either be locked or deleted.

Precedent contradicts itself a lot on this one, actual advertisement, sponsored links, referrals are sometimes locked, sometimes completely ignored, I say flip a coin, heads we lock it, tails we leave it.

I've opted to err on the side of caution and have contacted Reeve. I personally don't believe that the post goes against any of Quetzalcoatl Daily News' rules, but it is a matter of how the rules are perceived by each particular individual.

If the thread is locked or removed because it is determined to be in violation of the rules then I fully understand and will not quarrel.
