btw Kat SDK is software development kit. Thats not really your dirextX drivers as-far-as-I-know. It might be included though, but also I"m pretty sure you can't uninstall dirext x.

I don't program direct x, so i'm not to sure of that.

Yah, I uninstalled it. Did a full reboot, installed DirectX 9.0c and I'm here now getting ready to download the Fraps again.

Btw I did the dxdiag and it says Vers. 9.0c. I also tested everything. It all says no problems.

If you uninstall fraps does pol work? Just making sure

I don't even have to uninstall it. Just turn it off (ie. take it outa the task bar). This is so friggin' frustrating. I have a damn kickass computer and I can't get a simple program to work.

I've rebooted a million times and deleted the windower, but I still can't run POL. >_< I think I might try reinstalling POL.

Is it just me, or does that program make the game's colors a lot darker?

I can use the windower to get out and come in here, but none of the F-keys or the screenshots work for me. Btw, what is the screenshot key? Mebbe I was hitting the wrong one? Mithracat had said it was F11, but it seems that that one is for brightening. Don' know. Also, how do you minimize FFXI? Euph had said something about he could minimize it and not hear the music. I haven't been able to figure that one out yet either.

I said F11 was for the lighting, Print Screen is for taking pictures. Minimizing is just like minimizing anything else, hit that little "-" thing at the upper right hand side of the application.
