Oh man, two days.
So psyched for this game. If anything, that Gametrailers review is the most fair one I've seen yet, but it hasn't detracted my anticipation.
 
Am I aloud to see the review without it being totally ruined for me?

aha! I'm hardly ever excited for a game enough to want time to go faster but this is really making me wish it was Tuesday already. Not been excited for a computer game since I was like 10 getting a Harry Potter game or something.
 
I'm not too excited about this any more, I've learned my lesson since FFXII. The only exception right now being FFXIV really, mainly due to the dev team on XIV (God tier dev team imho).
 
Just got the gamestop call saying I can pick up my copy Monday night at midnight. Doubt I'll bother to go get it until Tuesday but it's getting closer.

Please please please don't let this game suck...

I havent been this excited for a game since FFX. The hype for FFXII just didn't do it for me. This one is different, I have a good feeling.

Edit: Also, I don't know much about her character, but I love Lightning's look. She might end up really high as far as FF main characters go for me.

That's what I think is drawing me to the game also, the characters seem so interesting from the most part. I can tell there will be some corny dialogue but most Japanese games do in all fairness.

Hope seems the most interesting to me so fair though.

Sadly I hear that her character story/personality is kinda like "meh" but Sazh's story is apparently a good tearjerker and well done. We'll have to see when it coems :P and lol she's Cloud made into a female :D
 
Sazh is all I care about.
You damn well better believe I will have him as my "main" character whenever I get a chance.
 
Sorry, I can't take Sazh seriously. I don't think I'll play him very much unless he's really some awesome dude D:
 
A friend of mine has this game already and he says that the game starts out really slow as far as the battle system, but it really opens up later on.

He said be patient, it may seem easy and simple at first but the fights get harder and the system gets way more enjoyable.

Edit. Also he lives in CA, so don't ask me how it looks lol. I'll find out with everyone else on Tues.
 
I'm excited but I'm just chilling out until it comes out. You better believe Tuesday morning I'll be at the mall first thing to get it.

I loved FFX so I bet I'll love FFXIII.
 
I have the game pre-ordered, the limited addition $39.99 hardcover strategy guide featuring art work, and as soon as I can get my hands on it, the soundtrack.
 
I've got a problem: If I pick this up tonight at midnight, I'm going to be up all night playing it. Do I have the patience to wait until tomorrow?????? Stay tuned to find out...
