It's releasing in EU summer 2008, so you won't be waiting long for it after the NA release, wouldn't surprise me if it launched same time in both, or at least a few weeks after, not like the half a year wait it usually is.

Anyways, I FINALLY beat FFIII DS in preparation for this... after getting all job levels to 99 for each character and killing Iron Giant... god that was forever lol.

Now just 2 months to go, least next month FFTA2 to occupy my time again.

; ; I -still- haven't beaten FFIII DS. I kind of quit after I got utterly raped by.. shit.. I forgot thier names.. it was the old man and old woman.

I beat the first one and got utterly destroyed by the second. Up to that point I had been pretty much cruising along in the game and thought I wasn't going to have trouble with any bosses. I kind of haven't wanted to give the game another go since then. Been playing Etrian Odyssey since then.. now that.. is a freaking hard game, but oddly I like it.

Speaking of Etrian Odyssey, I nearly forgot that Etrian Odyssey 2 is releasing a week before FFTA2....ughhh

Edit: Just went and reserved my copy of FFIV and paid it off, now just to wait 2 months to get it >>

Can't wait for this, yadda yadda. Just thought the other FF remakes were "alright", as nice little gimmicks to keep you busy...but this is gonna be downright awesome.

Official site update, I gotta admit if that's the boxart I'm totally digging it.

Trailer is just the Japanese trailer with english sub-titles, I was hoping to hear the voices for the NA version though, but just 2 months to wait until that.

The subs from SE called the summons Eidolons! woot =D

That'd be awesome. Besides if they done this with FFIII, IV and DQIV, V and eventually VI, then they should do it for FFV and VI as well.
 
So awesome.. it gave me shivers. This voice work sounds superb. Now I really can't wait to get this game!
 
Nice, that's how I imagined Cecil as(though as PLD, DRK will seem odd), kinda weird hearing it pronounced Seh-sil though, I've thought of it as See-sil, though it can be both ways.

Kain's I like too, though Rosa I'm on the fence about. The twins are annoying like I imagined.

Now just need to hear Cid, Rydia, Edge, FuSoYa, Yang, Tellah, Edward, and Golbez.
 
SESSLE's VA is Yuri Lowenthal.
I know him as the VA for Haseo from .hack//GU. Game just got so much better :V
Guy who voices Kain voiced Endrance too, which is hilarious to say the least.
 
Yeah, the games with Yuri Lowenthal voicing a character I've played are plenty, FFXII, FFVII: Dirge of Cerberus, Jeanne d' Arc, Odin Sphere, Radiata Stories, Rogue Galaxy, Riviera, Romancing SaGa, Persona 3 and SMT: DDS 1/2, Suikoden V, Tales of the Abyss/Tales of the World, Valkyrie Profile 2, Wild ARMs 4 and 5, Xenosaga 3, and .hack//GU .

He's everywhere lol
