Final Fantasy (Versus) XIII NEW SCANS!!!

Ahh, finally new media on FFXIII. I was starting to complain, "SE!! Gimme new media!!" LOL :-D Anyway, the screens look good.

I'm surprised though..they are going to make "6 installments" to FFXIII?
I hope each and every installment turns out to be good; not just visually, but also gameplay and story wise. Hopefully they have a lot of plot to work with. I'm sure they'll figure it out. :-)

I remember Sega tried to do a 12 part videogame series with Shen Mue, but stopped
at 2. Then they mentioned making an MMORPG of Shen Mue, but that never ended coming out.

So is this game going to be PS3 onry?
I guess I'll have to buy one, unless they open it up to the xbox console. :-)

The same was for me when FFX came out.
I bought the PS2 just for that game at first.
Then I became interested in a series of games that soon hit the PS2.

FFXIII is PS3 only, and SE have stated a few times it will not go to the xbox.
 
it's so annoying for me, I really wanna play these games, but as a 360 and wii player I'm not about to slop more money on a PS3 unless something else comes out that really looks good. Guys help me here sell the PS3 to me right here right now. If you do I might consider saving up for one, but from what I can see right now it's gonna take a lot to make me change my mind. I'm a EU guy if that makes any difference >.>
 
Hehe, the PS3 won't die on you when you try and play a game like a 360?! :P

I dunno, Lost Odyssey is really making me want a 360 right now but meh XD
 
Final Fantasy... to me ended when its original creator left -_-.....FFXI is my last FF >_<.

Although this does look sweet...I can't imagine playing another FF without all those people who made it so great.

Imagine if Tetsuya Nomura(I think was his name)left ......

Yes that is his name and that would indeed suck if he was the only one left.

Eh, but then FF7 was also a modern world ;| But those worlds didn't really resemble the real worlds much. Versus is supposed to D:
 
Some FF games closer resemble the future. I mean, making a huge pyramid able to shrink in to the size of a pearl is some crazy "Honey I Shrunk The Kids" shit. And it also doesn't weigh several tons, like one would expect them to. Not to mention those floating platform, etc.
 
I'm hopin' XIII restores my faith in the series. It looks so amazing.

I know this is major late but holy shit


They moved on from ripping off Star Wars completely, to ripping off an episode of Star Trek TNG. All we need is this "Cocoon" society to be withholding medication(which are really lolnarcotics) from the society getting shit on.

Man, I'm not a Trekkie and yet I remember that episode, what the christ.

In the interview they reassure Playstation 3 owners that their version of Final Fantasy XIII hasn't been delayed at all and that the Xbox 360 version won't even be started until the PS3 release is burned to Blu-ray. As well as that, Kitase has given an update on the progress of development stating that the Scenario for Final Fantasy XIII is complete and the Artistic Side is 80% complete. Thats bad ass i'm glad i just picked up a ps3, now i just cant wait for this game to come out.
