Fingerbreaking GH3 Download pack coming in August.

Uh, it might not matter to you but to some people that shit is damn impressive.

Why hate on it?

That song is insane, hitting everything in those solos for 9 minutes without messing up is very impressive and being the first to do it when up against several other very talented players who are also trying hard to get it down is a really great feeling.

Besides, it's not like they're all "U WIN @ LYFE" or anything like that, they're just excited that it's an FC, and the first FC of a very difficult and highly anticipated song at that.

After iamchris4life FC'd TTF&F, no other FC would ever impress me. He beat his OWN World Record in a really short time. THAT is truly impressive. Soothsayer, I don't see what the hype is about, I don't see what the hype about Buckethead is.
 
Why didn't iamchris4life FC this one first than too?
 
Don't bash me if this is a dumb question but I just got GH3 for the wii in May and I'm starting to play on Hard now..but anyway is the Wii console players unable to download these packs?
 
Gerry, actually, Iamchris4life was working on Soothsayer too, and got up to a -4 run. It's not as maddeningly ridiculous as TTFAF (no weird variable tempos, no insane sped up parts, easy verses) but it's still one of the more ridiculous and complex solos out there. There are actually like 4 or 5 other people working on it right now, and the main reason GHPhenom got it before anyone else is because he worked on it for many, many hours a day.


Giaganta: No, unfortunately for GH3's Wii release they couldn't get DLC ready, but for World Tour the Wii version will support DLC.
 
i think FC's on really hard songs are cool to watch, it makes me say "how the fuck!?", i personally dont even attempt to FC songs much because i simply cannot, my button hand has suffered so many injuries in the past it hurts to play too much or play really hard songs, but i still make it through. Ive broken this wrist, ive sprained it because of the break several times (sprained it today too, first time in years) and i think im getting carpal in this hand too, burns when i play GH and burns for hours. If i had the drive to do it i would, but i am just fine with being able to 5 star songs, i 5 starred everything but surfing with the alien so far, Soothsayer was 5 starred my first try, wasnt that hard to do tho.

My hands are bleeding, my best on heroes of our time is like 12% then i fail, the other 2 are both around 77% then i fail...fuck...

btw, the pack still hasn't been released here in the UK.

i actually like TTFAF although im not able to finish the song yet. :P

but playing DF songs, weather you finish them or not, will improve your skill greatly. they have THE craziest guitar solos i've seen.
