First Accessory in the “Final Fantasy XI Players' Collection” ! (08/18/2008)

Hopefully it'll have unlimited use... Stupid SE. I'll probably end up getting it. ._.

This just in!

The Final Fantasy XI Players’ Collection is an exclusive series of exquisite new accessories designed to bring you even deeper into the world of Vana’diel.
Today, we’ve begun accepting orders for the 2nd item in the series, the Pandemonium Barf Bag!

This precious bag, woven from recycled paper bags, is an exclusive piece unobtainable elsewhere.
As an added bonus commemorating the release of the Players’ Collection, everyone who orders the bag will also receive an in-game item of the same name.
We have no plans to address the issue with Pandemonium or Absolute Virtue, so all players are encouraged to take advantage of this unique one-time opportunity!

LOL!

That's pretty high for 'silver-plated'.. and a leather string attached. The item is something I'd like for my collection of mythical things, but I'd wanna see how cool the in game item looked before even considering that ticket price. The game item is pretty useful, but I think they should have made it a bit less expensive.. or included a freakin collection disc set.

yeah pretty much my sentiments, i mean the ingame thing is definitely a plus but we already pay for the game which has many other methods of transportation already....ie wildcat quests, teles, cudgels, those choco stable warps, etc.

GP: That's awesome lol

Kiki: I think it's just a body piece from the way it was shown in the vid maybe legs too like the summer suits are body and legs

Would be nice if the necklace didn't look like something I should be hammering into a wall rather than wearing around my neck.

I want one ; ; Damn Americans only BS

i'd take it as an insult to thinking we're going to buy it -_-

I would really be inclined to buy it if the pendant didn't look so cheesy and screw-like. As is without knowing the reuse timer on the in-game item it just doesn't seem worth the money. Money's not really the big issue, but it's still pretty lame.

lolcanada.

I'm with Rappa on the price. I could get it, but I'd want to know more about the in-game item before I throw down $42 on a pendant I'd probably never wear. Although, I could just give it away as a gift.

So they're offering something so they can make even more money despite working slower than they used to? Nice plan.

Don't forget shippings like 8 dollars also

FFXI, you thought it was just a time sink!

Yeah, wouldn't this technically be RMT'ing for an item, even though it comes straight from SE?

not that SE reads the ToS!

no it wouldnt. you are buying a rl item, and as an added benefit they are rewarding you in game with something you can use probably once a week.

RMT involves a third party. Squeenix could totally cut that middle man's grass by selling their own, but they're a bunch of bitches and make us grind.

And for those who don't grind...It used to be so easy to point out buyers.
