She was probably on the first group off the boat.. she datamined the quest info so she had all the requisite items and probably the correct info on answering the questionnaire midway through the quest... and I get the impression that while she was doing it, nobody was at the Quest NPCs before her.

I'd like to know the same for all these E-Peen needers, which has been many since the expansion going live... Just play the god damn game really, no one gives two shits.

I give it about another week and a half well be talking 75 COR BLU and PUPs.....and really its sad whats the fun in that.
