I wasn’t going to post this but the more I think about it the more it pisses me off.
Back story:
Fleist and Co. (Tanthalas, Dor, Kimaara, Cherron, Rari, Jefa – I’m sure I’m missing one or five) used to be in Absolute. Absolute is a Dynamis shell in which I am a lead. Fleist and Co. were unhappy with how the points and lotting system were set up and posted about it on our forum. In the end they were not happy with the answers they received and left the shell.
Fleist decided to start his own Dynamis shell, with Tanthalas and Cherron as his leads, and posted about it in the Linkshell Recruiting forum.

What happened:
The members of Absolute and I are sitting in Jeuno last night going over reminders, introducing new members and getting ready to enter. We enter at 8 pm on Saturday. Anyone can see the schedule; therefore anyone can see what zones are and are not available.

At 7:30 this happens:
It seems the way they see it is if they don't have access then everyone else has to deal, not them. That half assed apology and empty promise there at the end came almost an hour later after I checked the public Dynamis schedule and moved the run to Sandy.
Achates asked that I let Audino know what happened.
As it turns out Fleist is a liar. He's telling his leads to do zones that he knows he doesn't have clearance to do under the pretence of "Well Audino is ignoring me so it's ok". As you can see, Audino has already addressed with Fleist what needs to be done to gain access. Fleist just can't be bothered to do it and would rather something as preventable as this happen. Absolute has had conflicts in the past for various reasons and moved to other zones and made damn sure we were out on time. It's just not that hard to make sure you're not overlapping someone else's time. We are fortunate enough not only to have a schedule on this server but that people actually pay attention to it. Well, those that can be bothered for the 8 1/2 seconds it takes to check it anyway.
The kicker to all of this is that Fleist wasn't even online last night. He had his shell do this when he wouldn't even be around to take the heat for it. He knew damn well what he was doing and did it out of spite. Fleist made the call and let his leads take the shit for him. Obviously the mark of a good leader.
When I saw him on AIM I had to say something:
"Dani L.": i see you're gettin messages on your phone so i wont get too into it, but i think it's really crappy you sent your shell
"Dani L.": to do jeuno at a time when you could easily see it was taken. you should thank tanthalas for taking a bitching that you shoudl have received
"Fleist": Actually i had it sch that way since mid dec b4 anything was posted on qcdn 4 jan. We tried 2 get access 2 sch forum but were denied.
"Fleist": We went in @ 5 n didnt expect 2 get all text n win. No disrespect 2 u
"Dani L.": you should have waited until you had access to the scehdule or asked any of the dynamis leaders what the schedule was
"Dani L.": assuming that a zone was open or tha tyou woulnd't be there the entire time was selfish and thoughtless
"Dani L.": after talking to audino you need to talk to one of the admins of the site. audino said he's already told you this.
"Dani L.": i'd expect you to be the leader you expect others to be and take the simple steps of not screwing others over.
He responded a while later, but my computer crashed shortly after so I didn't get a chance to save it. He said that he was busy and that I needed to talk to Tanthalas or Cherron because it was their issue not his. I told him that that was funny because Tanthalas denied responsibility and told me to talk to him (Fleist). I also told him that I'd already made Audino aware of the situation and that was all that needed to be said.
The fact that he says that he scheduled it this way in December is pointless. If you're not posting it where the rest of the schedulers are posting then your schedule doesn't matter because you're the only one that knows about it.
I'd suggest the rest of the Dynamis leads out there keep a close eye on the zones you plan to enter this month since he's got his own agenda. I want you all to be aware of what kind of a dick Fleist can be. He's not one of those outright assholes that get flamed monthly. No, he's manipulative. He will be nice, funny and charming to your face while he's plotting how to fuck you over behind your back.
So, thanks Fleist for showing me and all of Absolute your true colors. I held out hope that you weren't really a bad guy, that there were just bad circumstances when you left Absolute, but you proved that hope to be far fetched. All I ask is that you take a few minutes, check the Dynamis schedule and adjust YOUR schedule accordingly.
