Like I said, there was no taking something without permission, it was given. Only problem I see is giving said gear out to someone else.

She had ample time to tell him that she took it after she did so. She did not say she took them until she was cornered into admitting so. She also would have found out that certain items were not to be touched if she had bothered asking.

Neither of the two conditions were met, she did not run it by him and she did not tell him after taking it. Neo had to get it out of her.

I seen an outburst before (But the same can be said for a lot of other people)but I also remember a time when Mish was missing from the shell the first part of the week, we asked where she was and Klank said she was sick. End of the week came and we didn't have enough Whm to do our gods. Who got on sick to help us out, Mish. I've never had a bad experience with Mish, or ever seen her act selfish or selfserving.

Same here. If it's all just a big lead-on to some greater scheme then I'll be damned that I was fooled into it. But I really really have no inch of a doubt in her motive.

What? If you take anything let me know. That's when you tell someone BUT don't touch this stuff. He gave her permission plain and simple, if he didn't want her touching something he should have told her.

I don't really understand your exact point, so if this response seems off please clarify what you mean.

"If you take anything let me know." This means, if you take something please let me know after you take it, because there might be something that is not okay for you to use. It is not the same as "Take anything you want."

edit: Ah, I see what you're saying now, you should put the "'BUT don't touch this'" in quotes to show that he would have said this. Yes, if there was specific pieces that he wanted not to have touched, he could have indiciated it then, but one explanation for this negligence is that he expected her to tell him that she did take that so he could rectify the situation if it came to that. It is not exactly necessary to be proactive of a situation if you don't suspect that it would come to the situation. Regardless, the meaning is still the same as it does not directly indicate permission to use all gear on hand. If she told him after she borrowed it and was notified that she wasn't to use that particular piece, it would be expected that she put it back on the original character.

Seems to me no one even knows who the screw you are to begin with? I knew practically everyone on the server when I played in some way shape or form. And this was before QCDN was even popular. In fact, you seem to know me, but I don't know you... what's wrong with this statement here? Maybe if you gave me your game name, because Malagra doesn't ring a bell. Though I'm willing to wager you're from Ascension, the way you sling insults like a 5-year old.

Character was sold. Plain and simple, I started over. No big deal. I'm in this thread because, like the rest of Neo's friends, I'm defending a friend who, in all the time I've known her has never screwed anyone over, unlike how you say? You have a bad relation with her yourself? Great, so that means she's going to screw everyone over?

I didn't get along with a huge population of this server, but you don't see anyone defaming who I was? The only people who wanted to ruin my reputation were the people who were jealous of my accomplishments. Jealousy or hatred for someone brings out the worst in people, what can I say?

I'm defending a friend, but I'm also trying really hard to have an objective opinion where facts speak louder than words.

If there was something I didn't want taken, I would say that up front. How hard is it to say don't touch X, Y, and Z.

If you don't want someone borrowing your gear until you say it's Ok, don't give out the info until it's Ok. Don't give your info and say it's Ok to take gear, and then come back later and say Oh, but I didn't want you to touch this though.

I edited a previous response if you're interested in my input.

As for the last sentence, there's a difference between that and what he said. It may seem superficial but it contained the conditions that the gear was to be borrowed in. If you can say that those conditions were met, then I suppose you could argue that the gear was never "stolen." However, Mish and Neo have both corroborated that there was no words exchanged about those pariticular pieces of gear (and not the SH) before or after until she was confronted about it, and she didn't admit to taking them until she had no other choice.
 
That's my point, he didn't be specific because they were friends, and she probably didn't tell him right away because they're friends and he she probably figured he wouldn't get mad. Like I said my brother lent out my car to his girlfriend once, and if she hadn't dented it, he probably never would have told me. I didn't distrust my brother after, it's not like he took it out of malice. Did he do something wrong, yeah, but it was not a capital crime like people are making this out to be.
 
It's really hard to compare "sides" when "girls" have the power to twist the majority of the playerbase at their will to do whatever the hell they want. It pretty much boils down to which girl said person met first. I have an extension example that I could post explaining further but it's just probably going to start another pointless flamewar from one of the three people who have some really unexplainable hatred towards me.

This can be true to some extent, but at the same time it's also easily influencing the whole reason Neo posted this ;P
