i think you should hold your head in shame, for bein ignorant to the fact that we aren't even trying to maintain image. We just have'n fun with a lil hip'hop flow, thats all.
for the thread bein in 'reality stinks' may be ironic but wasn't placed there for the purpose of creating or maintaing any image. I just placed it in 'Reality sinks in..' rather than a 'AuctionHouse' or 'Crafts Corner' subforum. We just havin fun with our creative thought..
and as the subtitle for Reality Sinks in.. "This forums is for real life related posts. If you don't care about the real life of others, don't read it.", so follow the guidelines, shut yo mouth, and let us do what we do. :king2:

First off, noob, this is off-topic material at best, real G's don't type their raps on MMO community forum sites .. in any goddamn section of the board. Secondly i would remind you that whatever you do in game or on a community site reflects on your percieved image in a game that's as socially intense as FFXI. Third, you can't freestyle on the internet without the aid of a microphone or video camera at the very least. Freestyle implies 'made up on the spot, without screwing up.' Which implies skill... See the edit button? yea.. and the keyboard in front of you? Get the picture?

Fourth point .. let's talk about guidelines some, shall we? You yourself called this flaming each other. Now let's put this in it's proper perspective: lewd insults, flaming, zero content, PC+1s, attention whoring ... should i go on?

Sounds to me like the mother of all double standards. But it's not your fault, this is a poor example of FB material even though it contains everything the FB was removed for. The problem is while this might be innocent fun it's against guidelines and negatively reinforces or confuses completely what is and is not acceptable to the boards based on the vague-as-hell community standards that weren't, ironicly, set by the community at all. Aside from that this and other posts are exponentially worsening in content and have been for quite some time, good job sticking to those rules there, bud.

While i do see the point and it is somewhat humerous on their ends, you suck at this. Moreover torq saw my point, and no one flows in text on the internet .. sorry, i hear there's some great poetry sites out there if you're in to rhymes that much. To put it simply there's just better places for this sort of thing without the criticism which, of late, has been completely stifled around here.

My entire point, FREESTYLE does not allow for editing or sitting there with a dumb look on your face trying to figure out the next rhyme. I could give a shit about the drama, i'm here with facts, don't like it? not my problem. I never said this thread was a result of the quality of the boards, i said it speaks to the declining quality and present double standard. You, read it again, YOU said it was flaming and it is, which is against the rules. Don't like it when someone pulls the guidlines on you, do ya? Flaming around here got to be an issue because people were doing it for kicks and creativity, not for any other reason like conflict resolution. In the eyes of the administration it lowered the overall quality of the boards so they removed it, yet this is completely acceptable.. like i said a poor example based on the tone of the thread being entertainment, but one that works regardless for the reasons mentioned above. Rest assured i'dve PMd Sculli as to the issues i addressed as to the double standard numerous times.
