Okay children, it seems the truth will not satisfy you. So to this I say fine what ever this is your choice. If you enjoy riding peoples nuts then so be it.

I was there, I claimed an unclaimed aquaris, with stun and got slaped for it. Then logged on later last night to find this bullshit of a flame about stealing and MPK and lies and on and on. After many apologies and atempts to make this right and no effort what so ever on prophecys part, I have this to say.

I claimed a yellow aquaris, and was slaped by prophecy, never recieved any tell saying anything along the lines like "thats mine" or "theif" or "you fucking hore" or even "WTF you gimp n00b". Like I have said many times now, had he made some kind of effort to say something to me, letting me know it was his, I would have stopped kiteing and zoned, but no tell was ever recived because he never sent one.

Apperently we should all double check before claiming an HNM or NM in a zone now with a shout, because someone may have been kiteing it, and will flame you if you unknowingly claim "their" NM. I geuss that is the lesson to take from this mistake.

Again Prophecy I am sorry I unkowingly claimed "your" NM, and again we did not make any attempt to MPK you in any way, so please stop saying we did. Also my question to you is you had almost 3 mins of time to send me a tell while I was kiteing till my tank came and it was cemented in claim, and yet all you chose to do was slap me . . . why? You make me out to be some evil heartless basterd who came with the intent of stealing the crab dierctly from you, NEWS FLASH I've never even seen you or heard of you until yesterday, and I don't even want to know you. It was simple mistake, I saw aquaris unclaimed so I stun/gravity him and kite, and you didn't do anything but slap me, like a gil seller does.

For the last and final time Prophecy I'm sorry I unkowingly claimed "your" NM.

Ok first off i'd like to say that IN NO WAY SHAPE OR FORM WE TRIED TO MPK PROPH, i've known him for a while and I just wouldn't let something like that fly even though it was a NM we were going after.

After someone in the LS said that the crab had popped we quickly headed out to the tree, once I entered the zone the BLM said "I got it" so we went on and the Nin voked it, the AOE killed me and the BLM, at the time it was only 3 of us then Brain joined in and tried switching off hate with NIN.

While this is happening Proph is standing there and i sent him a /tell asking him for a raise, no response. To me this really pissed me off, sh*t all i asked was for a raise, cause if the tables were turned and someone had claimed it and I saw him there dead i would've throw him a raise with no problem.

After sometime the crab goes after Proph, why.........we have no clue. Then we loose claim, Proph then again gravities it and starts running around with it THEN a rdm for our LS shows up gets me and the BLM up and we rest to full, i cured myself and then BLM, for some reason the crab comes AFTER ME, i got whacked twice knocked out my Stoneskin and him me for about 330 dmg. I see Proph running low on HP then he zones.

We get claimed and kill it, Rafcalz WAS NOT WITH US, so whatever you said to him or he said to you is between you two (Proph & Raf).

So let the record state that WE BOL DID NOT TRY TO MPK PROPHECY. I just joined the Shell about 2 days ago and already some drama. I read through all 7 pages of this flame but i'm not going to bother answering anything thats not important about the subject at hand. And the reason I didn't respond you Proph was cause my keyboard was across the room, I'm on PS 2 so its not like playing on the computer, hence i sent you a message while i was dead.

and logxiix, nobody really wants your attitude here man. proph lost claim, it happens all the time for no reason. i've seen Era and Svina (who are probably the most skilled Aquarius campers that I've seen personally) lose claim on this crab due to no fault of their own. if you do happen to take it when it goes yellow, kill the fucking thing, dont let it beat on the person who took away 50%+ of its HP for crying out loud, especially when he fucking claimed it first.

and logxiix bringing up shit about DrgAsh regarding Aspidochelone, are you calling us out or something? not to beat on a dead horse, since that topic is old and busted already, but we explained our actions for that already, and besides prophecy wasn't even there for the event, not to mention a full-time member to DrgAsh (Which was Lorelaiy's shell btw, Proph is a full-time member of another shell). why don't you get your facts straight before you post on here, otherwise you end up looking like an idiot

Back on topic, i'll post my own personal opinion on this type of situation

if an NM goes yellow while you're kiting it around, it's fair game (unless you're fighting Kirin, which actually requires a particular group to exchange items to force spawn him, this would be a deliberate and despicable act of stealing in my opinion) reason I say this is the majority of people who camp aquarius will definitely take it away from you if it goes yellow, especially japanese players (i've had two different JP Taru RDM's take him away from me when camping him in the past with a friend of mine, Anttaru, as during kiting he would periodically go yellow while kiting. prior to this happening to me, i had always assumed everybody played fair on this particular mob when kiting (since thats the most popular way of killing him), but since that point, i realized that most people are going to be trying to claim it as soon as it declaims, so that's how i have camped aquarius ever since.

however, if a group is properly tanking an NM and it declaims while fighting due to no fault of their own, i would personally leave it alone unless they failed and wiped out, then it's fairgame. the only time I'd ever participated in taking an NM away from a group during this type of declaim was Aspidochelone when Lucifar's group claimed it. but that's already been discussed.

Since when was proph tanking it? From what I understand he was kiting it, in which it lost interest in running after him, and went unclaimed.

My sentence towards kiray was strictly towards respect and popularity of Linkshells. Note the space between my first and last sentence. The 2nd sentence was towards proph, simply because he was apart of DA at some point, who have been accused of stealing numerous times.

Now, if you're referring to Lorelaiy's shell, there was one incident with Lucifar and Aspidochelone, I don't know how that translates into "numerous times".
