I come to the flame board and see this shit and it makes me not want to do any endgame at all.

I had all but given up on endgame till I saw what Outerhaven did. This renewed my interest in endgame.

but as ive read several times in the thread.. it says "you must specify a main job".. that is retarded.. it appears that the person only comes as RDM because thats what you need?

now thats the worst rule ever. DEDICATION > * ... it should be: dedication > job priority ... level shouldnt really come into play because you shouldnt be lotting gear for any job under 70.

I had never seen someone put bad english through spell check, the called BoL bil, i think thats pretty damn funny. Its like reading another story. I'm used to busted up english, I have learned to read around it and understand, not like some of these retards who act like they are too good to read bad english.

Good luck getting into that LS though. \._./ It's kinda nice to see that someone else besides Kaizen actually was able to take down the endgame crap. Always nice!

Main job is to keep competition for gear in certain categories at a moderate level... just like dynamis where you don't want 20 BLM's lotting BLM AF2, if you only distribute gear based on dedication/attendance then you would have to say that in a situation like:

Player A comes to 95% of events as BLM but has NIN @ 75 and shows up 5 times a week.
Player B comes to 100% of events as NIN and shows up 3 times a week.

In your logic, Player A would get the Haidate because dedication is the only thing that matters and Player A needs the Haidate for his 2nd job.

Level is only there because when we started sky and for many months after the issue came into play about people being very dedicated and wanting Osode but only being Lv72-73 and using the logic that another Osode will drop by the time their 75, someone else that can currently use it would be a better option.

As for the leader comment, it just lumps you into the rest of the losers that don't know anything about the LS... which leader has recieved gear for more then 1 Lv75 job... think about it and get back to me... and when a leader does indeed start recieving gear for another 75 job it will be because they deserve it more then anyone else that doesn't have it, or because they have stayed within the rules and changed their main job to reflect the gear they want to focus on.
