Yea as Neo said... and I had the most points in the LS for a long time, even after I used the static amount needed to get Osode I still had the most... this whole illusion that leaders didn't work for their equipment... SHATTERED.

Obviously they will try to schedule events at times they can make it, because people can't seem to stay organized and run an event smoothly without leads there.
That being said, the leads don't ALL come to the same events... and we schedule the events in times that we know a lot of people will make it (prime time like EVERY OTHER FUCKING LS it seems).

It's pretty hard to defend against such a broad accusation as that and by broad I mean that we have enough leaders to cover almost every piece of gear in the game and every event could be seen as benefiting a leader before members.
But I assure you, if it was like that I think Gods would of ended a long time ago. Calbrone is the main leader in sky since I stopped doing it at the end of summer break, and he hasn't needed anything from there until now recently his NIN is nearing 75 and he still isn't taking priority over other members that have been 75 and waiting for awhile.

Criticism of Outterheaven's Priority based system.
Watchyourstep takes A hands. Says "Meh." Throws them away a week later. Takes another.

Members are shifted around at leader's discression, confused at the rules of their own LS, being given items, having the items taken back, then kicked. Kicked for complaining. Told misinformation by different leaders. Kicked for having children. Their babies cooked and eaten by Decidence personally. Ext.. ext..

Once again, your critisizm of me getting Osode first is unfounded since it was based on points and for the same reason I left OH in the first place... I knew I could dedicate enough time to gain items faster somewhere else under a point system rather then "give it to who I like the most this week".
Same goes for WYS taking AHands, he has the points to do it so he could, it might of been unfair in both cases and thats why members bitched about the point system and why it was eventually changed.

I dunno where you get the idea I fall off the face of sky, I still show up to almost every Kirin and God Run, and come to farming when there is a need for me to be there.
Its been explained that after Summer WYS took a job and a full time school course simultaneously and basically lost all his free time in the process.
Members shifted around... no idea what your talking about. If members are confused about their own rules it's only because their too lazy to read them. Only one item has ever been taken back. Indeed people get kicked for complaining... there's a time and a place for complaining and its not during events to cause more stress for leaders WHO DON'T PAY MONTHLY TO BE STRESSED OVER A GAME, and cause a less fun event for the other members in attendance.
What's wrong about being kicked for having children? We make it clear how much we expect members to dedicate to the shell, if they can't do it then they should either quit or be kicked... if its because you have a child and need to spend the majority of your time with it then big woopie doo... your picking your kid over a game you shouldn't care anyways, be happy like everyone says RL > FFXI.
