Movie G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra

I can't wait to see this, it's going to be exactly what i'm expecting.

Okay so I went and saw this tonight with my youngest brother. I'll also say that growing up G.I. Joe just wasn't one of the cartoons I ever really got into. But I did enjoy the hell out of the old Nintendo video game and I did play with the toys with some friends of mine.

That being said, I really enjoyed the movie. I totally lol'd at some of the cameo's and didn't even realize that certain actors were even in this movie. I'm looking forward to seeing the sequel. The action sequences were pretty awesome and the cgi scenes were pretty cool too. And what do you know, there was even a little story inside of it too (actually a couple of stories).

The only thing is, I read some reviews before I watched it and all the reviews I read basically stated "Better than Transformers 2, but that isn't saying much." Which I don't get because Tranformers 2 was awesome and IMO better. But oh well, I liked the movie and I'd watch it again.. just not at the same ticket price.

Gut told me Dragonball Evolution was gonna be terrible.
Gut told me Transformers 2 was gonna be terrible.
Gut tells me this will be terrible.

It hasn't failed me yet lol. Netflixer.

I saw it yesterday, and was pleased. Even Cobra Commander was good, especially for the changes made.

Destro - awesome. AWESOME.

Duke, Breaker, Ripcord, Heavy Duty - win.

Scarlett - HOTT

Great Movie. I loved it. I loved how they did the story. I went in with low expectations and was amazed. I can't wait for the sequel.

I expected at the end at the boat he would say "No, Duke, I am your father". I was sorely disappointed =(
