Galka Jobs

True everyone does love a Taru, but for women in any race, how could they resist the big burly galka?

Everyone should just be a tarutaru, that's the only real race Vana'Diel needs. Tarutarus are good at any job, and everyone loves them :)

Ok this is kind of a silly question, but what jobs can a galka do successfully? I know Melee is big for a galka (DRG, WAR, MNK, PLD, DRK,others i've missed), but how does a galka handle casting and support jobs? Is it possible to successfully play a Galka WHM, RDM, BLM, BRD, SMN? I just started a Galka, but from the last couple of times I played I was a Hume and a Taru. I know Humes have more versatility and Taru are more for casters (even though he did do well overall in other jobs), but never really tried Galka until now.
Figure i'd check here for advice and input on how well this race choice could actually do.

Thank you
