How bout a discussion on the topic of Harriet Miers, the newest nominee for Sandra Day O'Conners seat on the Supreme court.

I've been reading Harriet Miers' blog, and she seems pretty qualified to me... assuming the only qualifications needed are loyalty to Da Boss.

Her nomination amuses me because it seems to scare conservatives more than the liberals.

dont look now but i predicted Clinton vs Rice in the next election about a year ago. Ill stick with that prediction but i dont think hillary or condeleza are necessarly qualified for the position.

They announced some of the Candidates yesterday.

Clinton wasn't even there and the republicans have McCain and Sen. Arlen Specter.

Sen. Patrick Leahy is running, I think he stands a good chance of getting the nomination for democratic candidate... Unless Clinton runs.

I hope McCain gets the Republican Nomination. He's got a good head on his shoulders. He's a good man and would do a good job. That would also make it a win/win situation for Liberal voters.

Oh yeah, for all you people that were gonna back Christopher Walkin in 2008, it was a joke. Sorry, no stage actors in office this year.

Specter is a big no no. He will never get elected after having been diagnosed with Hodgkin's disease, regardless of the fact that he made a full recovery.
