Gets his Blackbelt and leaves

I already know Kisada wont defend himself here so I think I should just point out that I don't think he's so small minded as to take a side based on a persons sex. I hope his reason was something more understandable like Hailie had been in the shell longer thus earned more respect.

Just a side note this post wasn't intended as a flame. When posting it there was really only one of 2 places I could see posting it, Goodtimes and the flameboard. Since my reason for posting it wasn't exactly a happy one I thought the flameboard a more fitting spot.

While feeling belittled at times by leadership was part of why I felt I had to move on it wasn't my deciding factor. I've recently lost 3 good friends in this game and I guess my tolerance for the drama left with them. Like I had posted before I had brought up the matter with leadership and told them I would like to leave. I was asked to give it a few days and think it over, which was what I did.

Then this situation came up. And when drama started coming from within the shell I felt it was time to move on. When I left I wanted to leave without any big goodbyes or what note because I knew if enough people asked I would've stayed. Which I felt the need to move on. So I told leadership of my decision and left. I guess this was also my mistake. While trying to avoid drama I ended up with even more.

My goal with this post was to give my members my reasons for leaving which I should've done instead of leaving without a word. I feel that I've accomplished what I had set out to do and I'd like to request that people not make opinions on any of the people I mentioned in my thread. To make judgments and opinions on my experiences alone with these people would be foolish. They aren’t bad people.
 
My two cents about the Endgame scene:

So, like, I figured out that Endgame was just one big Emofest long ago... You can either learn to get over the emotards that think too highly of themselves and have fun with the rest, or suffer, make your own big emo scene and quit. If all you like to do is xp then quit whining about Endgame dramatic betrayals and stupidity and go xp. Endgame retardedness happens and there's very little, if anything, that's ever going to change it. Remember rule 1 of life in general: PEOPLE ARE ASSHOLES THAT THINK ONLY OF THEMSELVES, GET OVER IT! Although, I find it funny that someone actually accused you of being an asswipe because they thought you were thinking only of yourself when, in all actuality, there isn't a single person that does Endgame crap that doesn't. It's the only reason anyone weathers the Endgame drama and everything that comes with it. For themselves. Period.

Oh yeah, and this is just a game btw. Not a slight at you personally, just a general statement to anyone that might read.

Edit #1: Re-reading your recent post Zalbag, I have to ask... Kaizen doesn't have it's own forums/message boards? I mean, most shells would by now. So it makes me wonder, if the do have their own board, why would you post here and not there? That would avoid a mass amount of Quetzy players all having negative judgements of the Kaizen leadership; had you posted there. And that would be more direct to the kaizen members as well.

There's a forums link there. You care about the members opinions, that's a bit more direct right? You care about everyone's opinions, good or bad, you'll get them here. I don't know if I can buy the "no ill will" to Kisada thing. Nor could I really blame you for any discontent with him either.

Kaizen is pretty quick to remove from forums so it's possible they had already removed him from there.

That is the biggest load I've seen in a long time. You have absolutely no idea at ALL what endgame is about. I can't even believe somone would say somthing like that. Endgame isnt about the gear, its about setting goals and achieving it as a group. Along with success comes gear, yes. And obviously people have goals of attaining certain pieces of gear. They would be stupid not too. But to say that endgame is all about "ME ME ME" is so far from the truth, is just plain insane.

Let me ask you this, what do the leaders of dynamis shells get out of it? Who gets the first stuff off of Kirin? Name one peice of R/EX gear that is worth a damn that went to someone on thier first run? Sure there is a common goal, but only idiots do for very long with nothing in return.
