Kinda strange to remove that and not touch that post Chasym made showing that private stuff from the Aquateis(dunno how to spell it) forum.
 
Maybe because one was posting anonymously?
 
It was a post originally posted by Kisada on the kaizen forums. I'm guessing he didn't want it here and quickly got his qcdn mod to take care of it. I wish I got mod service that quickly when I reported a post. :/
 
Right, it was private stuff taken from a linkshell board posted here. Just like weeks ago when Chasym posted private stuff from another linkshell board. Kind of makes a flameboard slanted when private shit from 1 linkshell is deleted by a mod who is in the linkshell and private shit from another linkshell is poked fun of openly and other mods make jokes about it.

In zalbags last few posts on this thread he said he didn't intend it to be such a drama filled event, and also that he felt it was best to let the thread die. The post that was made today would have certainly rekindled the thread (and kept it on topic) which was not something the OP of this thread, or the OP of the post placed here wished to happen. This is why it was removed... it was posted by a third party to start up drama neither of the posters in question wished to occur.

While i was directed to this thread by someone else it was not by kisada... at this point he is not even aware the post was made. Also, I asked a supermod what they thought should be done, and even had them remove the actual post... knowing that me being in the LS involved in this post would not look good... I decided to make a post about why the post in question had been removed though, given it had been there for about an hour and many people had probably read it... guess i shoulda let alyada take care of that too.

Firestreak, Chasym's thread is not exactly comparable because...

1. he opened access to OH's forums, there wasn't anything we could have done about that...
2. He was directly involved in the thread... What i mean to say is, he didn't make posts on others behalf, and the info was incriminating against him as much as it was anyone else. He choose to stir up drama he was involved in... Amusedhitler posted something ANONYMOUSLY on anothers behalf without their conscent.

Rappa/anyone else - IM/PM me about stuff you think needs to be fixed and I'll jump to it. I've actually asked many times to have my mod status removed, but have been refused the request... so i don't actually do much moding... unless i'm asked. In that case i get it done right away, since i assume none of the other (real) mods were available to do it '-';

Oh, I wasn't aware that Cyronae/etc gave consent to have that link posted.
 
Nasya, just admit your trying to protect your linkshell, while giving others free reign to post private information about linkshells you dont like. Its quite obvious how members from kaizen that mod these boards react. Neophytal starts a flame in a good times thread, and somehow thats innocent. Yet had it been someone from a different ls, you guys would have reprimanded them. Same thing with the deleted post here. If its something that has to do with your ls, not only do you take action, but you do it quickly. If its anyone else, well tough luck to them, right?
 
Not saying it's a pattern of intentional abuse of power... just saying some mod actions are made to end drama - and some are made to create drama. When I see opposite actions being taken to comparable incidents in a short period of time, I just try to understand the reasoning.

I could go into the specifics of the different reasonings possible and how comparable things are not enforced, but Nasya stated that it was cause it was from a private source, so I compared to that. Not a huge deal, just something to be aware of.
 
Little confused as to what this is about, as I didn't get to read the post. But if it is as Nasya says and it has the potential to cause more Drama than I'm glad it was removed.

she didnt have to, i ran the site, i built the site, i had control and oversaw anything that went on with that site.
The only thing i didnt do was pay for the site.
Anything that was done with that site ever, was consented through me first.

I think in your argument you are missing the fact that Chasym gave a link to the original posts, while here someone reproduced an unauthorized copy from a private source. Also, Nasya wasn't the one who removed the post, she's just the one who posted with an explanation. The post was up for a good hour or more.

look, if u didnt pay for the site its not yours. Its akin to a business owner hiring a manager for a store.

Artem, someone reproduced a post that was on topic and pertanant to the op. Why dont you want people to know how kisada treats people in that ls? I think its important that people see how one of your leaders acts, that is, unless your ashamed of him.

He gave a link to a board that was PRIVATE. People who posted on it posted with the belief that they were on a PRIVATE board. What Chaysm did was swap it from PRIVATE to PUBLIC without asking for any consent to do so. Please, oh please tell me how this is any different from reposting a PRIVATE message PUBLICLY without the original author's consent? It is literally the same thing. But then again, this is QCDN where there's zero standards on how moderation is handled so whatcha gonna do. Every mod just does what they want and no one has a clue what can and can't be posted. *shrugs*
