When users register they check "I agree to be bound by this web site's Terms of use and Privacy policy" where Terms of Use and Privacy Policy are clear links to read the mentioned two documents. Terms of Use governs Privacy Policy, as a Privacy Policy is an extension of Terms of Use, Section 4. (quoted below)
Clearly stating that Privacy Policy applies to the personally identifiable information you submit to this site, such as your name, ip etc. That is governed by what Lavi posted about no guarantees.
However, if you continue reading Terms of Use. Section 6, you will notice under point (c) exactly what I said.
So yes, whoever reposted that post broke the agreement from when they signed up for the site's services.
EDITED: I omitted a word in the last sentence that made it sound not as I intended, fixed. Also I'm only posting this because of Lavi's incomplete and inappropriate quote. You guys can remain thinking in your own way, as these arguments always end up in each party thinking their own thing, so I would like to end this discussion here. This is not an argument presented by me; I'm just reiterating the publicly available information that people have omitted to mention. Purely factual.
My quote is taken word for word from the Privacy Policy of the Kaizen web page which needs to be signed by all users who wish to join their forums. It's not out of context or incorrect in any way, I can vouch for that. You can vouch for it as well if you check the forum site. I copied the entire section 7 meaning it's in context since the WHOLE context is there.
Now, to call it inappropriate and incomplete is... Well, let's face it, BS. Had you taken
your quote and said that, I would completely agree. Your quote is taken from the User Agreement and applies to a person's information, not the posts they make on the site. That is to say, their e-mail, their address, birthday, and all relevant information to sign up for the site. It has nothing to do with guaranteeing anyone's posts or privacy (You'd think a privacy policy would do that...).
The information posted on the Kaizen Forums cannot be guaranteed for this very reason. Anyone with user access can freely spread that information and there is little to nothing anyone can do about it. Now, the problem faced here is Nasya asserted her partial judgement to remove a post she felt reflected poorly upon her shell and when the exact same scenario was faced upon OH, she didn't think twice about do anything. In fact, she asserts that those users don't have the same rights her Kaizen members do apparently. This is the very reason so many QCDN users are always upset. Moderators are constantly flexing their powers when it serves their purpose and treat everyone with a different amount of courtesy.
I recently had Neo tell me I was flaming his buddy Phraust. I wasn't too happy about that BS, but I can't say it wasn't all that unexpected. His friend suggested using an inferior weapon as an alternative and the only reason it's viable for him was because of merits which obviously 99% of the server does not have making the suggestion almost pointless. I said it was a useless reply and Neo tells me I am flaming. Had any other user suggested what Phraust had, he would then be scoffed at and called a gimp in far less friendlier terms. Mind you, no mod would care because the advice was bad, but because it's the mod's friend... You get the idea.
