Just for the record.

Not an attack or anything but it's somewhat understandable to be frustrated when you've exhausted the ammount of options you have, we've all been there at one point or another.
 
Man, I'm sorry Kyp. You seem to get the shaft end of the stick more oft then not.
 
Most pop NMs tend to be best done with LS rotations. One week you do Rostrum pumps, another week you do Reverand Mail, another week you do the Site B Katana. Being these pops are all specific for a few jobs or even one job, everyone needs everyone's help. Hence, just as you get that katana, you'll be sure to help the people who helped you get what they need.

People don't want to help so much because, well, many people are very busy in this game. If you got Sky at 4 then Dynamis at 8 and your static at 12, you wanna level your sub before 4... you gotta say [no thanks] to people. Then you got those who send you /tells when you seeking party. Yeah, good luck there.

I fully understand people having time restrictions and wanting to do things, That's all fine by me. The only reason i've gone outside my link in the first place is not many of them outside a few have actually gone this far in CoP, most of them who haven't joined after we got our CoP Static going.

Some of them have tried to help me but are on limited schedules. I am trying to run it by posting ahead a few days for this wednesday as my post now in event scheduling says. Like I says Firestreak, the main reason I posted this was I tried shouting for it early on in the day. I started at 12 noon EST, and up until almost 4pm I had exactly 3 replies who wanted in. I guess what this game needs really badly is a way to organize groups for things more efficiently, I really don't know what else to say but it seems they lock things away too often from the casual users. Not everyone has what it takes to get past promyvions. They get too easily frustrated by them and whatnot.

I guess that's really the end, but if anyone's interested for the Wednesday thing feel free to post on the thread.

nah, it's not often like that. it just so happens that most of the times i've actually run into you and started chatting I was talkin about somethin or other that did go wrong lol. Most of the time things go fine.

Yes, some things in this game are absolutely not designed for casual players. Anything that requires 18 people to go out of their way means if you want to get it done with some speed you can expect to work your ass off for it. All the non-casual players turn them into LS events and get them churned out and as a result all the casual players are left to fend for themselves mostly. It kind of sucks but at least you have options.

Well, I am in the position to help others finally. I want to help because
it's fun and to "pay it forward" kindness I received when I needed help.
I won't ask you "what's in it for me" because Karma is in it for me, I know.
I will ask you "what are we facing and will I die"? Because BST xp is a bitch
to get.

so... is a 70BST able to help? (I'm on cop 4-2 so I should be able to access
the post 3-5 area you are needing.)

Kyp you have the same problem as a lot Of european players:

* Very few european Player,
* Small ls which can't help
* play in the same time of japanese people

I had some help of few people but I ve lost so much time of doing some things like G1 or AF.

Now this is a point I don't even try to do Destroyers Bcnm for my monk or Optical Hat because I can't gather enought people and When I do gather a lot of people they are all leaving before the end because they have better things to do in FF.

That's why I considered some things should be soloable like Genkai or at least some BCNM you can solo for each job to get at least some gils.
 
ceram desotrys r the KS 33 or99 thing i might have i run for it coming up soon any time almost need a item for crafting what drops in that KS just cant rember the number if u like to come some time say so i am farming Ks and BC most the time
