i meant for both but applying to strategems more since that is pretty obvious
loveless did ask everyone to keep theory in safe but i think 1-2 haven't gotten it and we decided to just use it since strategem's rumor wasn't true
 
I tried doing this in the PCC BCNM. My group won every single rare item (except PCC) from the BCNM and gave it to one person. After we won the next round, that person disbanded and opened the box. You know what we got? An ametrine and a vial of mercury.

Yeah, it used to be that you could use rare items (in BCs) to signle out what you would get as drops, by SE changed that like a year ago... so that you would just get crap. This worked for other things too... Like, if you (everyone in PT if doing it with more than 1 person) had a Fransisca the drop rate on d.cloth boosted significantly when fighting Aquarius (2/3 or so with TH2) I'd assume that since they've changed this in BCNM.... they would have changed it everywhere else as well.
 
Some Dynamis shell leader on Bahamut did some equasions based on his own shell's rates and found out that with everyone there having a strategems in their inventory, they got AF 3% less than they did without them.

Busted.
