Especially when its someone that really pisses you off.
Its just so satisfying.
Especially when someone invites you to their party-
Then they log off for "just one second" and give you ldr to find the last member.
Then they log on again to tell you that they have to go.
Then you see them seeking in jeuno.
/blist add Daone

Maybe this belongs on the flameboard, i dunno. Im just so happy to black list this person. It makes me feel warm and fuzzy inside.
 
After reading this post I just realized I have never B-listed anyone in the 3 years I've been playing O.o Is that a good thing or a bad thing...
 
Let me also add that this time i did what i have never done before and aggrivated him a little bit for fun. It was exciting. I threw a nice "Thanks asshole" comment in there. Today was not a good day.

I don't know, about the whole Blist thing. Granted its real nice when someone has a mule or some crap spamming shit left and right as happens a few times. But generaly the concept of just ignoring people does not work for me, I will choose not to respond, which would have the same effect as Blisting but this way I have a good idea on whats going on.
 
I dont usually blist too many ppl. Usually when they do something really messed up and I dont want to ever pty with them so I blist just in case I forget thier name. After a year or so....I usually clean up my blist.
 
I don't blist people, but I have a trusty notebook where I write their name down and what they did, so I don't have to say "Um... yeah, I don't like them, but I forgot why."

and yea... I cleaned out my B-List before I quit and talked to some of the people who were on there before... they changed... sometimes people do, sometimes people dont
 
I don't use the black list as well. I use my 1st macro set to keep track of if people ever booted me, some crafters I may know, a list of people who need items or events, ect.

Yeah, i clean up my blist every once in a hwile. If i can't remember what they did anymore I take them off. But i don't have a notebook i won't lose so.. yeah. The main reason i like it is so if i forget i wont accidentally accept an invite from them again.

I love it when you're in a party with someone on your blist...but don't remember they're on it. "Why isn't so and so talking at all?" "He is." "Huh?

now my blist has 3 people on it since i cleaned it up yesterday.

Wow...thats a great idea. I've never thought of that before. I'll have to start doing that now. :)
 
My Blist is completely empty BUT my friendlist is filled with people that I have no idea who they are and why/how they wound up there.

I really have to stop drinking and playing.
 
Ugh, the ugliest thing in the world is to have a Friend's List with scroll bars. I snippety snip my Friend's List every so often.
