CK is by no means "stuck" in sky. We've excelled in other arenas as well. Being in sky or not doesn't have anything to do with this project at all.

The point is to create better opportunities for upcoming players before they're thrust into end game with no clue as to what to expect. Ideally this would help prepare them to make the adjustments needed to become quality end game players. In the process maybe we get some good recruits. Maybe we don't. Its an experiment...anything could happen.

However due to severe lack of interest thus far, this may not even happen so all this debating may be for nothing.

I'm sure you have excelled in other areas. I didn't mean that CK was stuck in Sky, I was just replying to Cloud's post about this being a good idea and referring to his older shell always finding itself redoing Sky. I was pointing out the fact that having a pool of new player to pick and move up will MAKE you redo Sky all the time since they will also need their gods gear rather then allow you to stop Sky activites, thus not solving the problem of his old LS.

As for the debate being for nothing, I disagree. This is/was a new idea and we are discussing it. Not everyone agrees on it but that's what discussion is for, to share points of view. Even if it doesn't come true, the idea alone made a lot of people think about their recruitement methods I'm sure. No new ideas is unworthy of discussion, wether or not it holds water.

I think one reason it is like that is becuase not many people who are in their 50s 60s or even 70s look at this website. Especially the lower level ones. Give it time. Good luck bud.

The minor leagues isn't recruiting for talent. The "talent" in this game is pressing a button at the right time. I'm sure a monkey could learn the "talent" it takes to play this game.

I see it as a way to see who picks things up quickly, who doesn't make many waves, and who seems dedicated to the shell.

When you see people in the minor league shell xp'n instead of doing O-hat for example, do you think that person is quality? Or someone who gets all agitated after a wipe, do you want that person in your shell?

They will learn about prospective prospects and be able to make more educated offers to join their main shell.
