Dude, it really was. I pulled a stitch under my armpit and now all I get are fucking T3s. You ever pull a stitch on the inside of your armpit from your fresh fucking lung transplant? Shit fucking hurts nonstop man. T3s suck.

You opened up your chest to replace your heart with a fusion-driven heart like in Ironman, and then you replaced your ribcage and bone structure with titanium dioboride fullerene-reinforced steel. Make sure to stress the point that this means you can go on like a Duracell rabbit - if you get my point.

If she asks you what that is, tell her the truth that your skeleton is now made up of titanium dioboride layered with a mix of fullerene and iron, thus making an extremely durable steel isotope that can not be destroyed - except for your spine, which is only reinforced in order to allow the continued production of blood, as you are yet to discover a way to continue the production of white blood cells without your spinal fluid. Everyone has to have an Achiles Heel, no?

I can't imagine it's possible to have someone break open your ribcage, extract 25% of its contents, and replace them with new parts without leaving some pretty wicked visible scarring. Like "hey, I was declared legally dead and woke up during my fucking autopsy" kind of scarring.

Which I can imagine is another angle you could play with that one. "You into necrophilia? Cuz baby, this is as close as you're gonna get legally!"
 
T3's are useless I agree. I take one of those to combat a good headache if I don't have advil. Because Tylenol sucks the big one.

If you can stash them and take more than 1 it may have some effect.

What does this mean for your CF? Cured, or kinda like a Life Rewind/Pause (in terms of your lungs)?

Macho man I just entered the thread, haven't been on qcdn in a while... was also wondering why you were popping on MSN w/ a mobile device... now that I know why I am very relieved. Good to hear you got the transplant, and even better to hear that you survived the transplant.

The CF in my Lungs is gone. 100% not there anymore. The CF in the rest of my body will always be there. My new lungs can not get CF and never will get CF. That's why Cfers had to get a double lung transplant. If they did single the old lung would infect the new lung and it would be a waste.

And of fucking course Otakon 2011.
