Razer mouses and break 5 months after you buy them. The thing is in mint condition and the chord where it meets the mouse. Effing dislocated...and I love how no one now a day shows sympathy and understanding of situations. Mouse breaks, though been treated like a baby and they can't at least replace it. I even had the box still, in mint condition. All the plastic baggies too. Gonna call Razer tomorrow and talk to them about this and try and squeeze a brand new one out of them..it's rediculous a pure gaming mouse can break like that. Anyone else feel my pain?
 
This is why I don't buy expensive mice. My Microsoft Wireless Explorer 2.0 has been working great for 3 or so years, and it even works for FPS's.
 
Logitech has been nothing but shmexy as usual for me! Look, I'm 15 feet away!
 
Meh, so true. I had a basic fiber 20$ logitech mouse, lasted my 3 years, then the right click button went to crap. Owell. i'm calling Razer and gonna speak with them about instability and crap, prolly pointless but it'll let me sleep at night knowing I tried something lol. Gonna buy the same mouse, and take even better care of it...I'll let Razer know they lost one to Logitech cause of shitty wiring...

The only Razr I know is made by Motorola, and is sexy and reliable..

I laugh at people who spend more than 30 dollars on a Mouse. Keyboard I can understand cause the expensive ones come with neat add ons. But an expensive mouse? I really don't see what can be added.

I've had my Logitech MX510 for like, 3 years. Things a beast. The only thing not 100% on it is the scroll wheel because my moms fucking rabbit got up on my desk some how and chewed it to shit. Still works just dandy, but feels weird if you aren't used to it. I've actually started to like it, but thats just me. Sweet for gaming and the forward and back buttons are bitching when browsing the web. Good weight, good feel, ahh i <3 my mouse.
 
If a Mouse costs over 100 dollars I expect a happy ending followed by awesome cake.

If its been that long and you try to bring a claim like that to any company, chances are you will be laughed at. Coming from someone in retail, that's my :2cents:

Don't knock these things till you've tried them. I saw Circuit City had Diamondbacks on clearance like a month or two ago, and got one, since my mouse was aging and had lost its feet.

It absolutely blew it out of the water. I'm not sure how much of a quality increase there is with Razer's other mice, but since then, even my friend's nice laser mouse has felt clunky and jerky. You wouldn't think there's as much room for improvement as there is, really...
