Hey,

Does anyone know when GH2 comes out for the 360? I think its either this week or next week, but I'm not sure.

Also, does anyone know the new songs that are going to be on it? I heard a few rumors: Dead! and The Final Countdown. I was just wondering if anyone knew a confirmed list of the new tracks before I buy it.

If the 360 version has The Final Countdown, I'm definitely going to get that one, but if not, I'll probably get the ps2 version.

Comes out tomorrow. It is street dated 4/3.

Ahh, thanks. I'll wait a few days to see if someone over on a 360 board posts if there are any new bonus tracks. (The ones you use 'cash' to purchase.)
 
There is one secret unlockable track not listed, but they are waiting to release the name until the game gets released. I doubt there will be anything available right away to buy since there are already new tracks.

I meant the tracks you use your 'cash' from shows to buy. Like from 'The Store.'
 
Yeah, that's why I put that second sentence in there. I doubt there will be anything there right off the bat. They probably don't want to give it all up right away.

I was checking it out on IGN, i seen how there were 2 people playing on the same track, one was doing lead and the other one was doing base on the track sweet child O mine. Question is, does the 1st Guitar Hero have 2 player action ? It really does look like fun i imagine.

Never played Guitar Hero before but now i'm interested in trying it out.
 
yes the original had 2players, its a party game. hoping 360 gets a patch for some online multiplayer
 
Do NOT play this game, unless you want premature carpal tunnel, a violent addiction to the game, and hours wasted (lolffxi). This game is too addicting, im so mad i sold my 360. As soon as it sold I heard about this releasing and i almost shot myself ded.
 
Free Bird is a toooo long song in the end... i dont wanna spoil it so nvm
 
well ive been playing it for about a week...just gotta wait till morning to get the guitar...no fun with a controller.
 
Getting this tomorrow, been looking forward to it for several weeks. Only played GH1 on ps2 acouple times but the game is amazing. Can't wait to DL some songs off live too, i heard they may release the guitar version of the halo theme which would kick major ass.

EDIT: Got it, it rocks. Haven't unlocked all the songs yet, working on that. Can't wait for some DLs.

360 version has support for effects pedals. Awesome.

A lot of people are having trouble with whammy bars that well... don't whammy, for lack of a better term. My friend and I both bought this today from the same store. His guitar's whammy bar doesn't work, mine does. Go figure. Supposedly RO is going to make a public statement about this problem if they haven't already because it's affecting a huge number of the controllers. Oops.
