Spoiler:
OK, this or Canadian Bacon lol

Originally i was just going to stay home and later walk down to the lake shore to watch the fireworks. I was invited to a BBQ, so I'll be doing that instead. Might end up going to Wonderland to see the Firecrackers later.

I'm getting a day pass from the hospital so I can go to a Canada Day BBQ with my friends.

Wonderland....good luck with that....we went on that Monday that everyone had off and it was a NIGHTMARE...

I am not too sure, I just got back from the lake/picnic/bbq thingy and now getting freshened up and doing fireworks when the sun sets w00t w00t

What's this Canada day all aboot?

It's a Holiday the Canadian government made for us to celebrate our home land. It's all about a day off and firecrackers at night.

I'm guessing you never got to ride the Behemoth eh ?

I went to a friends place who lives just outside of Canada's Wonderland. Her home is so close to the new Behemoth Roller coaster you can hear the riders scream, (That thing is massive).

Even though it was Canada day, the BBQ was more like a West Indian event cause we all either had west Indian backgrounds or were from the islands and we did things our way.

I drank a lot of beer, ate a lot of BBQ chicken and burgers, met some great people and played Dominoes until it got dark. I'm sobering up right now.

The Fireworks were very nice, It made the ground shake, which goes to show, one needn't be in the park to catch a front row seat for Wonderland's fireworks. Wonderland must have blown up a good 100 grand. It was nice to look at, i was delighted to see how the kids in the area were reacting. I can tell a great time was being written into their memories, as they were expressing their amazement in their groups.
