I would play devil's advocate right along with you, but Thnikka isn't behaving in a manner that warrants it. Go look at the first page, the second Moch says "no" Thnikka responds in a kiddy emo way with a bunch of attitude and sour grapes action. If he had calmly and politely shown Moch how he was correct Moch may have deemed that he made a mistake. But since he didn't I see no reason as to why Moch should appease him. He is just crying, so let him cry.

to use your analogy, the customer at the starbucks not only gets the wrong coffee, but also then gets told he cannot get a refund, or the coffee replaced, how would you react?

Actually, I didn't start "reacting" 'til the 3'rd page of posts, and even THEN it was only because Moch and Sculli were too simple minded. It was also because I've had a severely rough week thanks to noobs in the game. This whole ordeal kind of kicks it up a notch.
