looks freaking amazing, seems as tho they are finally getting out of the kid stuff and showing the full darkness from the books. hopefully.

anyways i can't wait. i haven't seen a movie in the theaters in quite awhile but I'll deff be seeing this one on the big screen.

To be honest, they've been making the movies progressively more dark since the second one. This is not a bad thing. I am really looking forward to watching this movie.

Why would that be epic? Snape comes out boom "avada kedavra" Dumbledore falls. What could be epic about that? I personally won't be watching this in theaters unless Kitty is very convincing about watching it. 5 was the last one I was willing to spend money to see. I will see it when it is on HBO.

They had a short dialogue before it. The music, the feel of the scene are what needs to be epic. Things dont have to be loud and crazy to be epic.

I don't think it's unfortunate at all. I think it's great. This way they don't leave anything out.

I wish all the Harry Potter films would release an extended addition version for fans, kind of like Lord of the Rings did. The books are huge, so they have to leave a lot of the fun stuff out to keep all the major plot points in.

I didn't read the book but i really enjoyed the movie. I missed the last book/movie too but the movie did a really good job catching me up. Didn't realize that Harry Potter had moved on to sarcastic humor, but it did it pretty well.

Tons are saying it's the best film of the six so far. It's not gonna match the book entirely, they never do. The end of this film is missing the action scene as well, but David Yates gives reason for doing this.

"Prisoner of Azkaban" considered the best movie by fans and critics, was the worst adaptation though. That movie was absolutely nothing like the book, yet it was probably the best done move in the way it was shot, visuals, and finally a break out performance by Daniel Radcliff and Rupert Grint.

The problem is the funeral scene was a huge thing in book 6. It really showed a lot about Dumbledore. I don't mind when they make a movie shorter then a book. I mind when they completely change things for no reason. Like making Cho the one who turns Dumbledore's Army in for book 5. They were going to completely Kreacher out of the movie. It wasn't until JK told them they would be sorry come book 7 time if they left him out.

i saw it, it was OKAY, i think the ppl that read the book will be way disapointed...

I didnt read the book and just the hype from my sister made it disappointing for me, it is a load of fun to do midnight matinee just to watch it with the die-hard fans, silly outfits aside, theres something about watching a movie with people that are so incredibly into it that makes it 10x better.

After seeing how horrible 5 was I think I will make my judgment without seeing it.
